QuoteMachine - A must HAVE

We were trying to find a system that Intergrated with Lightspeed Retail that would allow us to store customer payment information and give us the ability to accept online payments via invoices. The quoting feature just came as a perk to us. Since implementing QuoteMachine over a year ago it has not only allowed us to accomplish everything we needed it to do it has also streamlined many of our processes. The best part is QuoteMachine has helped us to stand out among the crowd by giving us an edge when quoting options to our customers. In the past, we would send a quote and hope for the best. Now we send a quote and have the ability to let our customers interact with the quote and make it fit their needs and this has improved our conversion rate! Oh yeah… and it is really cool that we have the ability to see how long a customer viewed a quote or an invoice. This helps us to know which customers are serious and which are just tire kickers!

PROS

QuoteMachine filled a massive void in our operation. After we migrated to Lightspeed Retail for our in store point of sale system we found a big hole for our customers who preferred delivery or shipping and do not frequent our physical location. While Lightspeed Retail has features for those customers we just found them a little bit lacking and QuoteMachine has more than filled those gaps for us. Additionally, QuoteMachine has given us the ability to safely store customers cards and/or banking info and apply those payments to customers open accounts and invoices and we are even able to do that from inside of Lightspeed Retail WOW!!!The biggest pro for QuoteMachine in our opinion is its DEEP interface with Lightspeed. It is almost like the systems are one of the same. If you do anything in either it updates the other almost instantaneously. Sometimes you will see a lag of about 3 to 10 minutes but that is very rare.Quoting is the second largest pro in our book. We build custom pressure washing trailers and truck skids and we often have to quote several options for our customers and QuoteMachine lives up to its name in this category. We are able to create some really cool and interactive quotes that our customers are able to modify from their web browser. Customers can change the quality of an item and we can give them multiple choices or make products optional. Once they make their choices we are able to see those decisions on our end. Third pro is invoicing!

CONS

Would like to have a mobile app! And yes that is about the only con in our opinion.

The integration with Lightspeed is what got our attention.

Reasons for switching to QuoteMachine

We wanted a solution that would talk directly to our inventory management system and QuoteMachine met that need. Now when something is sold via an invoice in QuoteMachine our inventory is adjusted in Lightspeed Retail and our Cost of Goods sold is sent via Lightspeed Accounting to Quickbooks eliminating a ton of manual work on the back end.

Great software

Help button is great. Now that we have been using it for many months it is easier to use.

PROS

That customers can pay so easily and it is safe and secure

CONS

If you can add multiple contacts to a business. Instead of having a business listed three to five times you can just change the contact person. Have the link between quoatemachine and light speed the same in both software. It is easier to do in light speed make it easier to do in quote machine. Having all one software would be easier for us. Wait time for help is very frustrating as a new customer. If something doesn't export a flag should pop up. It is easy to overlook that if you don't scroll down. Videos are helpful too. Sometimes watching a person is better then reading.

Simple, Efficient, and Very Fast

I am overall satisfied with QuoteMachine and happy to keep using it to maintain my Store's operations and sales!

PROS

QuoteMachine is amazing since you can generate an invoice so quickly. Like literally it is as fast as ringing up someone in store with a scanner. This feature comes in handy when you are in urgent situations when a formal invoice is needed, and to be sent and shared digitally.

CONS

I like the User Interface the least, it is kind of tacky and doesn't look as polished as I think it could be. Not to hate on the Customer Service team, but their response times are sometimes way too long. My main concern in reaching out to them is about server issues, waiting 24 hours for a response or a manual reset is too long.

Reason for choosing QuoteMachine

QuoteMachine had an affordable price point in comparison to others around, and it's agreement could cover the circumstances regarding my Shop's retail environment.

Consider Quote Machine for online sales solutions

Quote Machine has allowed me to communicate effectively and professionally with customers from the start of a sale to scheduling pick up of a completed order. I am especially pleased with the responsiveness of support staff.

PROS

Quote Machine is easy to set up and integrates well with our POS software. It is an excellent all-in one tool that enables companies to quote, take payment, send invoices, schedule appointments and manage order progress. Support personnel are eager to assist with set up when issues arise. It is totally customizable, so customers see professional looking branded materials.

CONS

Some features are a bit cumbersome to use. For example, while the scheduler is an excellent tool that allows a customer to easily make an appointment, it does not display the booked appointments well.

Quote machine is simply the best

Quote machine and the developers have been awesome. We were a very early adaptor of this with Shopify. The development team was amazing in support and adding features. We have this on 3 companies within the Manncorp family now. I would never use another system

PROS

The flexibility in the way the quotes work. You can discount per line item, make things optional or required. All products link to our site and again a customer can literally pay from a quote. I have had customers that I thought went away and all the sudden a few months later bam, money in our account and order paid!! I also love that I get emails when ever a quote is opened, approved or paid for

CONS

None that I can think of. It is an awesome system

The features and really clean look that quote machine offers. I can honestly say this is the first system I have used that customers ask about. They love it also.

Serves a purpose

Their customer service has been helpful and it serves the purpose we need it for.

PROS

Quote machine allows us to provide in person payment acceptance and billing options for our customers. As a hybrid, in person retail/b2b this has freed up lots of time in our billing process and made a smoother experience for our customers who would prefer to be billed "card on file".

CONS

The lack of additional payment processing options and POS features. It could work as a stand alone POS in our business if they added terminal payment processing and even some basic inventory tracking, costing, employee time clocking, POS features.

Amazing software for B2B transactions!

I literally cannot say enough good things about their customer service! They truly go above and beyond to help and support their customers!!

PROS

The features I like the most are the integration with our Lightspeed POS software, built in payment processing, the robust AR features, and the fact that statements are interactive and our customers can download each invoice directly from them.

CONS

There need to be more ways to filter customers based off account balance, etc. I'd like to be able to see the account balances on the customer tab. I NEED to be able to filter out customers by balance before printing & sending statements.

PROS

The integration with light speed and being able to have all inventory in light speed come over to quote machine makes life very easy for myself.

CONS

Excellent Software for Customizable Invoices and Seamless Quote-to-Invoice Conversion

Whenever I have had any questions about the software, their customer support team has been exceptional. They are prompt, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to resolving any concerns I may have. Their support ensures that we can continue providing excellent service to our clients without any interruptions.

PROS

I have been using Quote Machine for just under six months, and I am thoroughly impressed with it's exceptional features and seamless functionality. This software has revolutionized the way I send quotes and invoices to our clients, making our business operations much more efficient.

CONS

There are no "cons" that I can think of when using Quote Machine.

Reasons for switching to QuoteMachine

Our previous software was a very archaic, not user friendly, and most of it's functions didn't apply to our business.

You need to use this!

PROS

QuoteMachine is without a doubt the best invoicing software I have used! It makes processing payments so easy and I honestly could not live without it.

CONS

Learning how to use QuoteMachine while onboarding with my company was the most difficult part of using QuoteMachine but once I got the hang of it, it was so easy to use!
