  • Pros

  • It is easy to use and organize all of your data.
  • Ongoing development/improvements program and roadmap are excellent.
  • Cons

  • Minor complaint, some of the search options are colored coded. For color blind people, it will be hard for them to distinguish which filters are on.
  • The first con I have is a minor one, as the search function is highly customizable, but the buttons are grey/green. For color blind people, this can cause some confusion.

  • Pros

  • It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.
  • The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.
  • Cons

  • Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.
  • When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.
