  • Pros

  • It is also easy to Understand and navigate. It’s ability to track the Number of days at certain rotations, as well as keeping track of vacation days makes recordkeeping easy.
  • Pretty easy access from both desktop and mobile. Calendar integration works well.
  • Cons

  • No easy way to print a month/week/year-at-a-glance. When errors occur, there is no natural trouble shooting process, and they are highly cryptic.
  • Does not work as well with Safari on Mac as Firefox.

  • Cactus was able to customize the product to suit our needs. Customer support WAS great too.
  • The product is easy to use one you get it. The integration process took one month since their was a lot of intense training to be provided about the system.
  • Cons

  • Web=constant scrolling through the form to be able to see/enter all the information. Inability to see forms on a single page.
  • The mix of the Visual Cactus pieces alongside of the Web Cactus make a lot of the configuration complicated and difficult to troubleshoot. I'm looking forward to the day you have it consolidated.
