No easy way to print a month/week/year-at-a-glance. When errors occur, there is no natural trouble shooting process, and they are highly cryptic.

It is also easy to Understand and navigate. It’s ability to track the Number of days at certain rotations, as well as keeping track of vacation days makes recordkeeping easy.

Pretty easy access from both desktop and mobile. Calendar integration works well.

QGenda allows for seamless access to an up to the minute version of the schedule for all users on any smart device/computer. The transparency & flexibility this has allowed our staff is great.

Its ability to collate and streamline the process and timeline to tracking providers' upcoming expiring licenses, certifications, etc is super helpful and stress-reducing.

Their app is useless even by their own admission.

I like how user friendly QGenda is for the users and admin. The tracking ability and report part of QGenda has really changed how our scheduling department tracks equality amongst our physicians.

Being able to add a schedule that is unrelated to our practice but needs to be viewed. Customer support is always very positive and professional.

Great scheduling and time management software in a familiar format that's now pretty much the industry standard- Very reliable sync features with different calendar software.

I dislike the inability to make requests in half day increments.

Sometimes they believe a task is complete, but in some cases I end up finishing it for them. Some of the reports are hard for me to understand.

In terms of integration, QGenda has been able to seamlessly integrate with our existing business processes, which has helped us to achieve greater efficiency and productivity.

I have been having some trouble with general log in and being unable to see my schedule. It has not been resolved thus far.

The program is so bad that it has made managing one's schedule impossible. Many have stopped trading call because it is so hard to work with the program.

If you didn't work on the software 8 hours a day you would never know how to use it. It was a disaster with our staff member who was more versed on it took a vacation.

It's easy to request PTO days and conference days and make notes in regards to particular timing on those days. You can see available days in regard to other's schedule.

I like that if there are any questions my team and I might have the customer services email is quick to reach out and help.

I would recommend QGenda to anyone who asked for a good web-based scheduling platform. QGenda support has always been very responsive if we do need help with anything or have question.

It is easy to use, and I can see my schedule in advance and know when I am actually scheduled to work. Easy to synchronize my calendar.

Once familiar with the product, it is easy to use.

From day one we loved the product and the customer service that is provided.

The layout is confusing and unintuitive; you have to learn how to use this program.

It is better than having a paper scheduling system but not by much.

The waste of money is great because you don't have to wonder if you getting anything for your money, you don't.

Symplr - terrible product, terrible customer support.

The mix of the Visual Cactus pieces alongside of the Web Cactus make a lot of the configuration complicated and difficult to troubleshoot. I'm looking forward to the day you have it consolidated.

It helps get the big job of managing all our medical staff information organized and accurate, and it does so in a cost effective way.

I have enjoyed working with the symplr team. They are very customer friendly.

I checked with other users in our Medical Staff Administration department and no one could think of a single complaint.

No one in Ga should waste their time or money.

The product is easy to use one you get it. The integration process took one month since their was a lot of intense training to be provided about the system.

The overall experience has  been favorable with Symplr. They have listed to the client request and have been very accommodating.

The functionality of the database and ease of use in finding things on the screens. The ease of creating easy queries is great.

It is difficult to retrieve data specific to our needs at times. We, as of yet, still have not been able to make mail merge work.

I also find flat files more confusing than in Visual Cactus.

Ability to track in Credentialing instances what verifications have been sent out and received. Ability to create widgets on the dashboard and track upcoming expirables is a great feature.

Flexibility to track providers in a variety of scenarios. Queries and documents are very user friendly.

The queries would be my most favorite, able to keep all information in one place and attaching screen shots or pdf are wonderful.

Too much wasted time on the phone and I was told they would get back with me with a resolution and no one ever called me back---very disappointing and poor customer service.

Easy navigation from one thing to another. Great support team and the trainers are excellent.

Missing some fields and have to improvise other fields.
