Have used Akruto since 2014 and will continue to do so.

Important for us to be able to sync contacts and calendar events on the phone with Outlook without data leaving our internal network. Outlook data is kept in house on our own server as well.

Outlook sometimes acts up strangely if you need to add additional accounts - particularly if those additional accounts are based on outlook.office.com. However, that problem rests in Outlook. There is nothing Akruto can do to fix this.

Akruto Sync allows me to keep all of my contacts, calendars, emails, and tasks completely and timely synced between my computer and cell phone, even through multiple VPN accounts. Customer support makes this application my preferred alternative, at minimal cost.

The ease of use, and accuracy, once initially setup.

The initial setup was challenging on my own. The quality of customer support really took the pain out of the setup process.

When it worked it was very good and easy to use. Synching was automatic and happened every time I added a new appointment in Outlook. Installation was also very quick.

Sync suddenly stopped working. After 9 hrs of emails to Akruto they decided that "it was my network and nothing to do with their software". I have not changed my router, changed anything on my network, added any other software to my pc or changed by security software. So I have now completely wasted $39. Of course they did not even offer a refund either. Very disappointed.

When I do have problems, I like the email back and forth with product support. It gives me time to respond and steps are documented for reference.

Very reliable however, occasionally, it seems an iPhone update causes it to lose its connectivity. But then I contact product support.

It works fine. As long as it reliably syncs Outlook desktop, iPhone and iPad I am happy.

I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend to anyone.

This is the only product that I could find to sync my calendar to my phone and is very reasonably priced

I am limited in my tech skills to sometimes this is a challenge but I can always get very timely assistance for my needs.

It seems after updating Windows a glitch may require a re-configuration at times. However, support is always at the ready and the problem is always fixed.

When working well, Akruto Sync has great two way syncing features; I especially like using for recording appointments and having it appear relatively quickly on phone or on my PC.Tech support is great! The are good with their support, communication and diligence communicating to solve problems... and that is a significant reason to purchase Akruto Sync (you'll have great support if you have any technical issues).

Sometimes there are issues syncing... which is annoying because oy may require time to resolve the problem and that is time, people could use to focus on the objectives or more importance.

All fields of Outlook Calendar are synced to iPhone Contacs native app, including the all-critical Notes on both ends. This in itself is reason why I use Akruto.

It synchronizes my PC and phone which is what I want it to do.

Everything worked well for several years until an update caused problems. At this point the support team were outstanding in sorting it out.

Windows forced upgrades may throw the system off. Then I have to figure how to fix the upgrade. Akruto is helpful and friendly if I can't figure how to fix by myself.

The absolute best thing is the customer service. I got an answer from them within a couple of hours. They are incredibly knowledgeable and responsive.

I have used this for many years. I just recently got a new home computer and wanted to switch it to the new machine. I needed to buy a premium license but it is well worth it.

The synchronization between phone and laptop stopped working recently. With support from the Akruto team this problem could finally be solved.

Makes sync-ing Outlook to Android (on my Blackberry) really easy.

Occasionally "breaks" and I have to ask for tech support to kick it back into gear - but Akruto's customer support is first rate and we've always managed to get everything back up and running.
