"Autoraptor provides a great platform to manage all your automotive leads with synced inventory and an organized schedule."

"I will say I did like AI integration with Vin, and would like to see AutoRaptor implement the same thing with AI tolls and tools for messaging new leads to identify buyers and window shoppers, ideally."

"Having the ability to call/ text/ email straight from the app that can be on any device is great for someone who is not always at their desk"

"sometimes leads will go into unassigned and does not show it as a new lead, I now know to check this area, it did lead to a few missed opportunities"

"Also, their email marketing function is not provided in a good format, lacking analytical data."

"There's no way to send out price change emails automatically or restart a follow up process. If the customer is in the system from 2 years ago and then submits another information request, the user has to manually fill in the follow up tasks."
