It would also be very useful if Bitrix24 could support UPI payment automation (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.) since UPI is the most common payment method in India. It is also value for money, with good customer support (though sometimes a little slow). Bitrix24 offers amazing customization options and has strong documentation, which makes it easier to use. The calendar feature is also excellent, and I enjoy how well it syncs with my Apple and Gmail calendars. One improvement that would be very helpful is if the number-to-words converter for currency could work directly inside Bitrix, as this would save a lot of time in invoice, quotation and other documents. #### Cons Some features are not fully localized for India. For example, UPI payment automation and native WhatsApp integration are missing, and these are very important for businesses here.
