Serious Realtors' CRM
Works equally as well for single Realtors as Teams. Incorporates everything you need to works with clients including texting, emailing and calls inside the software. It's really a one-stop-shop for my real estate business.
PROSTotally Realtor centric . If you have a team it has a Team Dashboard showing how many leads and how effectively they are being handled. Includes goals, easy to read analytics and property search for buyers and sellers. Chime also set up my website - now has a 'coming soon' feature for listings that is so easy to use. Great customer support, super responsive and helpful.
CONSIt's many amazing features means you have to learn the product, but Chime makes it much easier as there is a 'Show me how' instruction that walks you through whatever it is you're trying to do, step-by-step. Love it!

CHIME is the best CRM
Chime is an awesome CRM it beats out all the competitors with its integrations and consistent updates and improvements.
PROSThe lead management and system integrations are unmatched.
CONSChime tends to crash after every update. There is always a new glitch and support is not helpful.

Multi-IDX integration does not work. I did not try one IDX, as I belong to 4 MLS's
Rarely can you talk with customer service. It is like they do not understand as they will send back a message the problem has been fixed, but it has not been fixed. Major problems with market reports, areas, format on mobile phones, multi-MLS IDX searches. Not worth your time or money.
PROSCRM appears to be good, but with the IDX and website problems, your customers will never use the website.
CONSThe IDX and website problems go on and on . . . Customer service is fairly responsive, but they never follow through, they seem to never really understand the problem, even after I spend hours sending examples, videos, screen shots, and more to help them understand. I spent over $5000. (12 months) on my dime trying to work with Chime to fix the problems. It plain does not work. You will lose all customers from your site as it does not work as advertised, confuses customers, and once they realize it, they never come back.
Reason for choosing Lofty
They said the website would work with multiple IDX MLS's. It does not work correctly with multiple IDX MLS's. I spent 60 hours and over $5000. of monthly fees trying to get it to work and finally gave up. CAUTION: Almost impossible to cancel, they will keep referring you to a cancellation procedure online that does not work. You are not allowed to talk with anyone in the billing department. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the monthly charges.

User Friendliness
Im very impressed and chime is now widely accepted and I can use it with many other apps by link. Or seperate by routing vs card. I really am pleased and its now my primary.
PROSIts a breeze. Anything you need to accomplish is right there and easy to find. No searching thru drop downs to find answers or functions. Its super secure, I had an app linked that was hacked. Chime was safe and had no attempt.
CONSI was not sure it was real at first but I tried it out of necessity and did the download. I have no cons, its easy, secure and you can modify any and all notifications.
Reason for choosing Lofty
Chime is now widely accepted and the options for me as the user are simple, even now as they are becoming an industry powerhouse.

Chime CRM and IDX Website
This CRM/Website is giving me complete control over my database and engagement with clients and leads.
PROSI really like the ease of use and support to from CHime to onboard with their CRM and Website. Chime was very responsive and made sure that my onboarding went smooth. I really like the website and the tools to engage leads to convert.
CONSNone at this point. I really dont have anything negative to say about Chime. It has really taken my business to the next level.

Problematic Scam
Nothing. There has not been a single positive moment since signing up with LOFTY.COM
CONSLofty seems to be falling apart. Unfortunately, I signed up for lofty with the expectation that they will offer everything that the sales person told me they would. When I was not satisfied after the first couple of weeks it seemed to get worse. My expressing my dissatisfaction only led to them becoming less willing to help are evasive of my attempts to contact them for support. I never received a response from their support team despite multiple attempts to contact. The person who was supposed to be assigned to my account wasn't responding to media email but then started texting me through multiple different and random numbers. Finally, after asking for cancellation multiple times, I was threatened with the "you signed a one year contract that is legally binding" despite their inadequacies in making any effort to help me actually use the database. Unfortunately, lofty has required me to contact my attorney to move forward with a solution that doesn't include my dumping thousands of dollars into a system that doesn't work. I would highly recommend against this company.

One of the best CRM software
It's has digital marketing tools and AI powered automation. I like the software too because it's helps in streaming sales funnels
CONSI have not seen any fault or back drop with the use of this very software, so for now I don't have any reservations about the software yet.

Efficient, straight to the point, and easy to use.
Efficient and straight to the point. The features may be overwhelming at times but know you have a great Customer Support to call and its pretty easy to figure out on your own. This makes it easy to call and receive all through your laptop or desktop. Works great with CRM's that only let you call out.
PROSThe platform is easy to guide through. This makes it efficient in my opinion. It saves time and energy to just get what I need done.
CONSCan be overwhelming with how many features there are. I have had some random loss of sound and calls during some sessions.

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with Chime.
PROSI really like the app. It’s easy to use and I really like the design of it and my debit card. I was able to get approved for an account easily.
CONSHopefully, it’ll have a feature where you can add money from another card like PayPal does. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Complete Scam - Long Term User
I'm not one to write reviews but this company needs to be held accountable. I've been with Chime for 2 years, Admittedly it started out well but quickly started to go down hill. When I was first researching Chime I had gotten many reviews from people I know about how bad the support and billing was. At first I didn't see it, and was super happy. Until this year.Keeping in mind, when dealing with chime support you are dealing with people in the Philippines only. These tech support agents are trained off of scripts and thats all they know. You'll play email tag with them for days before things get escalated to a "Tier 2 or Tier 3" tech support agent and then a couple days to weeks before you will get an answer on an issue. Many times their answer isn't a resolution. Its nearly impossible to talk to someone in the US besides someone in Sales.Chime forced an update Unbeknownst to me that caused all my links to break. Meaning I was spending money for who knows how long, on links that weren't producing listing results. Ticket was submitted; weeks go by and no result. Finally I get escalated to someone in the US office by getting in contact with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] in Sales. Their answer "the tech team will have a resolution in 1-2 months"...So me and my ad manager rebuilt our campaigns. because I wasn't going to sit 1-2 months paying for a $750 a month CHIME system, while not having ad traffic running to it. Needless to say pausing my leads through google cost me thousands of dollar

Chime banking for the new to banking scene
Overall I have to say with combined banking and credit builder as well as spot me it’s a very useful banking application that allows young people to manage their finances with ease. Spot me is a great feature and it has the added benefit of being able to send others spot me boosts to allow them to overdraft fee free up to 5$ each person. The also offer deposit offers frequently as well as referral offers that can reward you for adding friends to there banking world
PROSIt’s very well integrated and offers a credit builder card which is very beneficial for people trying to work on there credit and have a dedicated banking app all in one
CONSSometimes it can be difficult to get in touch with support and spot me can be a little tricky

Best decision ever.
So far, I have had no complaints. Customer service is nice and everything is so simple that there is no cause for mistakes or issues.
PROSI love that there is an option to round up transactions and take 20% from your direct deposit each time placing it into a separate savings account. This is a great way to save without actually missing the deducted amount, as you don’t see it in beginning. It’s also a plus that you and a friend receive $50 for a referral!
CONSMy least like about this software is that your able to see your savings balance right on login screen. I wish there was a way to at least minimize it to hide balance just so you aren’t constantly reminded of your balance. It causes your mind to go straight to “oh, there’s money in there.” This results in depending on your savings at times and that isn’t my goal.

STAY AWAY Bad Company
STAY AWAY - Worst Company ever, complete Scam. They embed your website with code leading all organic leads to them for website sign up. Just Crazy. Also they use .me for their website which means you are going to get a lot more spam and hacking from Russia!! Never delivered but charged for advertising. Try calling support or sales after you sign up and they will not answer!! Trust been doing real estate 10+ years and this has got to be the worst. Problem is they have many layers when googling their name, which I would have found this name before ever signing up. Complete waste of sunken cost money plus all the organic leads we lost.
PROSNON it is horrible company once you get onboard they disappear.

Stay away from this CRM
Terrible. I've had issues with basic things - the layout is very counter intuitive and finding help is all but impossible. And technical issues with dialer, submitting a ticket? forget it!
PROSI don't like anything about this CRM. It has basic functions but the customer support is so frustrating that the software is basically impossible to use.
CONSCustomer support is without a doubt the least helpful, slowest to respond and absolute worst in the business

There is A LOT to this product.
PROSI don't know because they won't help me actually learn to use it. I try calling but I don't hear back
CONSIt is hard to use any of the feature if you can't get a response from tech support. Spend your money with a company who will return your calls. They are happy to sell you the product, they just don't want to help you use it.

Best choice i have made in awhile.
I would strongly recommend to anyone that is not competing with me.
PROSSupport and implementation are 2nd to none, my company and i could not be happier. We have been using the system for about 6 months and our follow up and overall customer service has increased 10 fold.
CONSNone yet, the team at Chime has answered or fulfilled any and all issues my team of 100 has thrown at them.

FINALLY
Chime almost thinks of everything. Being apart of a team that is coming from several unpleasant experiences with other CRM/IDX website packages, Chime has been the most delicious breath of fresh air. The program is user friendly, connects all leads/clients to their Facebook accounts, and the offers support that is available is amazing. We are so happy with Chime and can't wait to have a longstanding relationship with them!

CONSMoving form another system is hard, but thats not on Chime. Original sales person didn't inform me of every cost (sub-domains), but that person is gone now. He was still pretty good...just didn't inform me.

Website looks good but not seeing the leads I hoped for
Website looks good but wanted to see leads that I am not seeing not sure what more I should do would like a call from chime checking on progress but it hasn't happened
