Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Clean, appealing interface and easy to navigate

  • Drip is easy to learn, quick to create broadcasts, can re-use and edit sent broadcasts, and the templates for creating campaigns are excellent.

  • Cons

  • It takes some getting used to when creating workflows and automations, but it's no more difficult to use than any other product out there.

  • There's a steep learning curve, but it's really as simple as it gets. Not a lot of good support for HTML emails, but that's okay--and they're making improvements.

  • Pros

  • The integration with Salesforce is amazing and also offers many features that I use daily to perform my job at a higher level.

  • Easy to use and very useful for anyone is sales field

  • Cons

  • Support is good, but sometimes hard to get in contact.

  • Not the easiest process to convert opportunities, but all of the other features out weigh that.
