Automation is KING!
It is a great tool that I can't see being without. It saves a full-time team member's salary.
PROSEase of use, custom automation flows, effective.
CONSIt is a little bit restrictive with when an automation can run and limited to three automations at any one time.

Very impressive team and product
It has been a pleasure working with [sensitive content hidden] and the team at Elay. From day one it felt like a proper partnership, with [sensitive content hidden] as keen and interested in our success as he was with the the success of Elay. So many suppliers work in a purely transactional manner. Elay stand out as a business that really want to work with you and not just sell to you.
PROSElay has been one of the best software solutions I have put into a business. Elay delivered on all requirements without issue and it quickly became apparent that Elay could be used beyond it's original spec. The automations run without issue and are easy to tweak on the fly. The reports are invaluable and we are able to constantly add new metrics and charts.
CONSAs early adopters we were working on the build of certain automations and reports. As Elay grows I have no doubt there will be a suite of automations and reports that could be rolled out instantly,

Elay does all the leg work of making relevant connections
Very impressed to date.
PROSIt is simple and intuitive to use and extremely easy to set up. I use it from a company perspective as I am in the marketing department. I use it to grow our LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram accounts and it it saves me a great deal of time in searching out the contacts relevant to my business, leaving me to focus on more personal communications. I have set up numerous automatic actions companywide which means marketing needs are being addressed company-wide. The support / feedback from the team is really good and they are quick to advise if someone can improve on their automations.
CONSBy the nature of the platforms, I would say it works better on LinkedIn than Facebook and Instagram.

Easy way to expand your network!
I really enjoy using Elay and it has expanded my network widely on LinkedIn. This has also increased the views, the searches in which my profile is considered to, and so on. Also, [sensitive content hidden] have been amazing with their customer service, always very attentive and willing to help.
PROSOnce I completed my automation for different projects, I can rest assured and focus on complex tasks, whilst Elay works in the background and connects with people, check in on clients and replies to my wider network on LinkedIn.
CONSDespite the concept of automation makes us all think that 'very little' from us is required, it is worth mentioning that for your automations work properly, you will need to add some time in to design your flows. It does take time and thoughts as you might need a good strategy on how people will see your messages, react and respond to it, so be aware that your work will still be required to make sure automations are working well.

Very innovative and an asset to our business
We love using the LinkedIn automation Elay supports with as it saves a lot of manual work from this end.
PROSCommunication with [sensitive content hidden] is second to none - they're extremely supportive with all things Elay and have completed a number of complex projects very quickly for us.
CONSIt is very easy to quickly flood your database with data if you don't provide specific and clear data for uploading - this isn't a negative or something I dislike about the system, its just something to be aware of. You know your business, Elay don't.

None really, anything that didn't work, is resolved by support straight away, on the whole, minimal issues

Excellent Automation Software
Using Elay has been fantastic. Extremely easy to set up new campaigns, with regular training provided from the team at Elay on new features. It has streamlined the process of building a network and generating new connections.
CONSAnalytics on the progression of the campaign would be great, so we could keep track on how far along it is, and when it might be due to complete. The only way to check this at the moment is manually looking through lead lists or saved searches.

Phenomenal Product with Endless Possibilities
It’s taken away some of the much longer tasks which take time but are necessary in recruitment consulting, sometimes it can be hours and days connecting with the right people whilst still appearing sincere and genuine. ELAY was an asset when introduced to solve that and allow me to continue meeting new people and advertising our team whilst also still recruiting day to day.
CONSIt does take a little to get used to ELAY but that’s natural with any new software or product introduced. Once you get familiar with it, it’s smooth. The team at ELAY are very responsive as well, normally within 24 or less they’ll hop on a call and go through any help you need.

Time Saver with results
Very pleasant - very happy the intro was made and have since recommended to several other business owners
PROSThe ease of the process - just have to keep on top of all the new prospective clients - get our name out there much faster and sews the seeds. We just need to water them.
CONSA few glitches but we persevere - there’s room for improvement however you can tell the team are on it and always taking feedback on board

Time-Saving, Efficient & Easy to Use.
From the initial integration, Elay has been easy to understand and use. In the rare occasion of running into an issue, there is a team on hand to resolve issues almost immediately. Elay has saved me and my team immeasurable amounts of time in growing our networks, forming the building blocks of sales cycles and potential relationships and has allowed us to reach prospects we would not otherwise have found.
CONSThere is little I can suggest to improve. Elay are providing and implementing new features consistently to constantly improve the overall product.

Easy To Use - High Performing
elay has helped me redesign my sales strategy and will soon redesign my recruiting strategy. Use of this tool has improved my ability to understand how AI can be deployed and given me additional ideas into how I can scale my company quickly.
PROSI was able to very quickly setup a workflow and deploy the product. Within 1 week I was able to see a significant increase in my inbound sales opportunities..
CONSI was originally unable to understand the timing of the workflows but was quickly helped by the customer service team and have improved my use of the tool on a daily basis.

Great product!
Really positive experience - would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase this system
PROSPretty much every solution provider I have dealt with in the past have promised you things the system can do and then the end product has not been anywhere close. Elay is absolutely as promised and more. Easy to use, great support from Mehdi and using the system has resulted in some significant early efficiency savings
CONSThe email template builder could be improved as not as super slick as the rest of the system

Great system, have already recommended
Fantastic, any problems their service team are in touch within 24 hours or if you call direct they typically pick up the phone.
PROSThat it does the same as email automation software but using social media
CONSthe reporting isn't fantastic from a user perspective but they have said they are working on it.

Game changer
The team have been extremely supportive through set up / config and that's continued in to business as usual optimisation.
PROSI'm still only scratching the surface of what Elay can do, but I've been thoroughly impressed with the tool. It's revolutionised how i use my LinkedIn.
CONSI'm yet to come across anything that I would consider a con.

Linkedin Outreach and Workflow Automation
Elay is early in development but we have been able to work directly with one of the [sensitive content hidden] to get the support and tweaks needed in order to be a very effect tool for our firm.
PROSTwo-factor authentication allows you to use Linkedin and have automations running at the same time.
CONSAnalytics lacks in order to show effectiveness.

PROSThe Elay bots are simply amazing. And if you struggle to think of what to do for each one’s the templates offer a great start.
