I was beyond irritated at that point. We paid for a setup and we have to do the file conversions too.

We continue to have technical problems and are unable to login. This is causing major problems for our dispatchers.

The entire staff is understanding to our needs and quickly recommends the best way to use the software to best benefit our needs.

The software is very user friendly and integrates with Quickbooks very well.

Not mobile friendly for the office side, terrible tech support, unable to import data from Housecall Pro, price is higher than other systems and doesn't offer anything special.

We have saved  money, less paper, less toner, employees have more time work due to not having to fill out paper invoices, not having to scan invoices or mail them out.

The program is very  user friendly as is the onboarding process. Easy navigation within both the mobile version for our field technicians and also within the office user license on the admin side.

All in all, it is a great tool that can be as simple or complex as you want it to be.

Again only thing I disliked was crashing during mobile.

They have a good thing going, but really need to work on service interruptions, along with better training of tech support.

I like the amount of options the overall program offers; such as tracking call sources, maintenance agreement tracking, installation/equipment tracking, general layout of the software itself.

Like that I can keep better track of profitability on individual projects.

We most liked the scheduling aspect of the software as well as the integration with Quickbooks.

Quick and easy invoicing. Like how easy and fast it is to create quotes.

I like that they have training videos and when I need something tech support is pretty fast to help with what they can.

The Reps are very friendly and knowledgeable and super quick to respond. Each user can customize their settings to maximize the ease of use.

You cannot click on a time slot in the dispatch board to initiate a scheduled work order/job. When you e-mail a quote to a customer the customer has no way of approving that work order.

Everything takes 20 extra steps to complete support is useless techs hate it information is lost connection with quickbooks is a major issue. WHAT YOU ARE SOLD IS NOT WHAT YOU GET.

I only had a couple problems with uploading a ticket but FieldEdge was able to assist with correcting immediately.

I am extremely thankful for the support team at FieldEdge. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and know their application well.

SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was our trainer and from our first call with him we started experiencing problem after problem.

It provide all the features of a program that is used for conducting meetings and webinar and the best thing about using cisco is their security. The video & audio quality is good.

The best in its cataogory, screenshare, call quality, the call recording is perfect, whiteboard notes are a big plus.

If the connection is bad, then you will get crackling videos and audios. That is very challenging when you are on the road.

The thing that i hated using this application that it was taking a hell lot of time to connect. A number of time It stopped showing the picture while someone is representing.

It wasn't and they updated for the same or worst. The product is not user-friendly.

It is best secure and convenient platform that provide great user interface and easy options to handle meetings.

Sometimes the connection is terrible and it’s hard to hear people and see them. I sometimes have to revert to calling into the meeting on my phone.

The ability to schedule meetings with remote team members is fantastic. Also, the screenshare option is very helpful at times.

Its free if you use it as a guest or if you want to hold a meeting with small number of attenders, video quality is good, and implemintation of the software is easy.

As a new user, I found it to be safe and quite adept. The quality, even on not the best internet speed, is very good.

This software is perfect for when my sales people hold webinars with prospective clients. The flexibility and functionality is great for what we need it for.

Overall, this program is great to have the tech help without someone needing to come out to our location.

I like its screen sharing feature most, easy to use and good quality sharing, easy to give control to others while screen share.

Being a Cisco product, WebEx also has superb Enterprise integrations which are super handy.

It is not working properly on mobile phones. Sometimes, I have problems with my computer (not with software) and I try to use Webex on my mobile phone.

I dislike the fact that there is no way to create headings or topics for conversations. It is easy to loose conversations because of that.

I had a very positive experience with WebEx. As I mentioned above, the greatest benefit to me and my past employer was revenue and the prospects of more of it.

It was a great experience start to finish. Great customer service and ease of implementing into organization.

I often use this software for community engagement presentations to members of my community as a legal advocate. I highly recommend it so an effective tool for virtual presentations.

This tool, designed for businesses, was not ideal to use from the perspective of a student. It has an odd interface and was constantly running in the background on my phone which was very annoying.

I really liked how you can set up and organize meeting quickly and easily. The quality of the software is very good.

The only problem is the consistent reminder. It becomes irritating after a while.
