We use Gainsight to support our customers. Specifically we are a cloud based subscription company and we are able to understand our customers better along with their ACV's and how well they are doing.

Unfortunately, our implementation has been very difficult, and I have heard the same from other companies as well.

I like the function where it alerts me when customers are getting overages and also when they have low usage. I also love the email function.

The reporting capabilities as very advanced, the support team is always able to help, and it's possible to get anything important in a couple of clicks. The interface is clear and easy to understand.

This needs to be improved. There are some strange glitches and lack of user alerts that can be very annoying.

Easy to use and very slick to navigate and enjoy working with in it every day. I like customizing dashboard to my client needs.

I will echo what others have said about Gainsight - it was a very difficult deployment.

I was pleased overall with the product and the service. I feel the product continues to evolve to serve the needs of CS management, the CSMs and other functions in the organization such as Sales.

I really like how this software helps me to manage my portfolio, goals for each account and track to completion.

They number of possibilities and integrations are endless. The team is knowledgable and they offer so many free resources for people starting out in customer success.

The key will be limiting the learning curve so we aren't overwhelmed with too many features at once.

Overall, Gainsight has some great features and the integration with Salesforce keeps the data accurate and easier to navigate.

I love the tasks feature and intuitive it is however I am still trying to figure out how I can see a full picture but we are in the set up phase.

Overall the tool has held up its end of the bargain.

It is good at tracking client communications and health score. By using success plans, we can proactively show ROI and we can create dashboards and reports without the need of other platforms.

Gainsight has a great user interface. It is easy to navigate and is very intuitive.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the tool. It's a required piece to the organization of my role.

The tool is REALLY hard to navigate as an admin.

Overall great -- even when we run into issues, they  are quick to help and support.

Gainsight is extremely easy to use, integrates with Salesforce, and gets me the the info I need to do my job as a customer success manager.

Permissions can be a little tricky, and often the jankyness of salesforce can shine through what this software does.

The recorded training was very long and painful.

You can't do everything out the gate because it's just too much. So you're forced to pick and choose your battles.

We integrate ours with Salesforce, and sometimes it's difficult to navigate between the two products.

Their support team is very good, and now that I know the system pretty well I am adept at making configuration changes quickly.

I like how simple Gainsight has been to use and implement. We have been able to accomplish more with Gainsight in 3 months than we did with Strikedeck in 3 years.

I like the ease of viewing or participating in a webinar with numerous other people. Service is always good, easy to interact with others, etc.

This is a very good software for meetings and it is secure  and fast comparing to Zoom and Teams. Their customer support are really great too.

It provide all the features of a program that is used for conducting meetings and webinar and the best thing about using cisco is their security. The video & audio quality is good.

The best in its cataogory, screenshare, call quality, the call recording is perfect, whiteboard notes are a big plus.

If the connection is bad, then you will get crackling videos and audios. That is very challenging when you are on the road.

The thing that i hated using this application that it was taking a hell lot of time to connect. A number of time It stopped showing the picture while someone is representing.

It wasn't and they updated for the same or worst. The product is not user-friendly.

A good tool for professional meetings and screenshares, but not the most cost effective.

It is best secure and convenient platform that provide great user interface and easy options to handle meetings.

Sometimes the connection is terrible and it’s hard to hear people and see them. I sometimes have to revert to calling into the meeting on my phone.

The ability to schedule meetings with remote team members is fantastic. Also, the screenshare option is very helpful at times.

Its free if you use it as a guest or if you want to hold a meeting with small number of attenders, video quality is good, and implemintation of the software is easy.

As a new user, I found it to be safe and quite adept. The quality, even on not the best internet speed, is very good.

This software is perfect for when my sales people hold webinars with prospective clients. The flexibility and functionality is great for what we need it for.

Overall, this program is great to have the tech help without someone needing to come out to our location.

I like its screen sharing feature most, easy to use and good quality sharing, easy to give control to others while screen share.

Being a Cisco product, WebEx also has superb Enterprise integrations which are super handy.

It is not working properly on mobile phones. Sometimes, I have problems with my computer (not with software) and I try to use Webex on my mobile phone.

I dislike the fact that there is no way to create headings or topics for conversations. It is easy to loose conversations because of that.

I had a very positive experience with WebEx. As I mentioned above, the greatest benefit to me and my past employer was revenue and the prospects of more of it.

It was a great experience start to finish. Great customer service and ease of implementing into organization.

I often use this software for community engagement presentations to members of my community as a legal advocate. I highly recommend it so an effective tool for virtual presentations.

This tool, designed for businesses, was not ideal to use from the perspective of a student. It has an odd interface and was constantly running in the background on my phone which was very annoying.

I really liked how you can set up and organize meeting quickly and easily. The quality of the software is very good.

The only problem is the consistent reminder. It becomes irritating after a while.

This software is great and is worth the investment. Especially during the pandemic when we can't have meetings with large numbers of people.

It is super easy to use on my PC or mobile device. There are also tons of interactive tools so that your guests can participate and the layout is easy on the eyes and attractive.

The connection quality is always superb, and it is possible to set up seamless integration with devices in physical meeting rooms.

It has interesting functionalities and its very user friendly to use. I like that simplicity and the privacy it has.

In general this software is very good and it has a good integration with other systems.
