Easy to Use Popular CRM for Small Businesses
Hubspot CRM is an awesome CRM that I have set up for many of my clients with small businesses. It is easy to deploy, implement and maintain. It is also easy to teach to clients and there is low learning time. While not the most powerful CRM, it is surely the best CRM for small businesses. I highly recommend Hubspot CRM to every small business.
PROSThe best thing about Hubspot is that it's a very popular CRM software so if you run into any problems - you can easily find someone to help you. Also, there are a lot of tutorials available online from where one can easily learn Hubspot CRM. Another thing that I like very much about Hubspot CRM is that it has a free plan which can be highly beneficial for small businesses and startups. Even the free plan is competitive with paid plans of other CRMs. Another pro about Hubspot CRM is its intuitive workflow and user interface that makes it very easy to learn and use. Hubspot CRM is the easiest CRM I have ever used - even someone with below-average knowledge can use Hubspot easily with proper training. Also, there are a lot of integrations available like WordPress integration which is very useful for small businesses.
CONSThere aren't many advanced features available with Hubspot CRM so it may not be very useful for large businesses. Also, there is a free plan and there is quite an expensive plan - I wish there was something in the middle as not everyone can afford it. However, one can start with a free plan and move to a paid plan when needed so that's a plus.

Hubspot was recommended by many of my co-workers and also has a free plan.

I really appreciate the user-friendly interface HubSpot CRM provides. It is easy to set up and navigate, even for those with minimal technical experience. The drag-and-drop customization makes it simple to customize each page exactly the way I want it. The automated features are top notch as well--it can save me tons of time on mundane tasks such as sorting and managing customer data, tracking emails, creating reports, etc. The system helps you stay organized and ensures that I never miss an opportunity or interaction with a customer or prospect. The real-time notifications feature is also very helpful, allowing me to keep track of my team's progress all in one place. For example, when someone updates their profile or completes a task milestone in the system, everyone will be alerted so we can quickly respond and take any necessary action if needed. Finally, I love that HubSpot CRM offers access to its library of resources. This includes webinars where experts discuss industry topics related to using the software platform--a great resource for users who need help mastering certain aspects of using HubSpot CRM effectively!

Maximizing Efficiency with HubSpot CRM
It adds to our company's customer relationship management. The simplicity of use is one of the features that really stands out to me. Even non-technical users can easily manage their customer data and interactions thanks to the user-friendly interface and simple navigation. The software also seamlessly integrates with our current tools and systems, which has greatly increased the effectiveness of our processes. The volume of data and information that HubSpot CRM can store and track is another impressive feature. It has been incredibly beneficial to have a complete picture of our customer relationships to be able to keep track of all customer interactions, notes, and history in one location. Overall, I've had a good experience using HubSpot CRM, and I think it's helped our business relationships with customers succeed.
PROSIt is very user-friendly and easy to use. It is helpful to have all of my customer information in one place, making it easy to access and manage. The software offers a wide range of helpful marketing and sales tools, which has helped me automate many of my tasks and work more efficiently.
CONSIt can occasionally be overwhelming and difficult to use, in my experience as a user of the program. Although the abundance of features is undoubtedly a strength, it can also be a disadvantage for teams that lack technical expertise or for users who are less familiar with the software. Technical issues and slow performance have also happened to me, which can be annoying and hinder my workflow. Smaller businesses may also find the cost of the software to be a bit high, and there may be some restrictions on customization and tool integration. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in the software's stability and usability, despite my appreciation for its strength.

Leveraging HubSpot for Add-on Sales
I LOVE the reporting and analytics. There are such great visualizations to help understand metrics and progress.
CONSI really do not like that you cannot tag an email from Gmail to a contact/company/deal retroactively. I know you can copy and paste, but I it's an annoyance. My company uses different software for current customer relationships vs. upsell so we don't want to automatically tag all comms to HS - it can be easy to forget!

Powerful and Customizable Platform That's Ever-Improving
HubSpot fulfills many vital business functions for our org at a competitive price. Definitely a tool that can produce a high return on investment, when utilized to its fullest potential. With all of that said though, depending on the business, HubSpot may or may not be the one-stop-shop to fulfill every business need as opposed to some of its competitors.
PROSHubSpot is highly customizable and can be tailored to fit your business needs. The various automation functions make streamlining processes easy to do and can really drive business in an efficient manner. The platform also has many integration partners that are easy to plug in and use as well.
CONSHubSpot is missing some functionalities and out of the box features that some competitors have, but they are constantly working to improve their platform and close that gap, releasing new features on a regular basis.

Easy to use, scalable
The overall experience has been positive. It's really convenient to have all teams - marketing, sales, service, and customer success - all working in one place.
PROSMost features are straightforward, and there's a lot of repetition of features throughout the product so once you know how to do something in one context it easily translates across the different hubs.
CONSI dislike that a lot of the key data management automations are kept price-locked in higher tiers of the Operations hub, which is a separate product. If the CRM is anywhere over 10,000 contacts and your marketing team needs to do basic things like standardize phone number formats, capitalize and reformat first names for email personalization, etc,. you're stuck doing it manually unless you pay for the Ops features.

HubSpot gives us everything we need to start with
Really good, they have been supportive of our business and good at responding to requests.
PROSOne stop shop with all the keys bit we need. Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hub allows our business to manage and protect our customers.
CONSIt does give us everything we need, but some features that would make our lives even easier are a bit more expensive and out of our reach.

Great CRM for Real Estate
Great system, does take some time to get set up but once done it makes things go very smoothly.
PROSGreat way to keep your leads and contacts in one place to easily set up marketing campaigns, and keep your emails and notes about contacts in one place. It integrates with Gmail to automatically log emails sent to that lead. You can set up workflows to nurture leads as well.
CONSDid take me a little bit to figure out some of the more complex uses such as setting up workflows and templates

I am very satisfied. It starts free and can upgrade with low cost. Although, if we want to use the paid features and have a medium or big team, it becomes expensive.

The best way to keep in touch with your customers
As a small business, managing my customers has become easier with HubSpot. Everything which I need for customer relationship management is offered by the software. I especially love the lead management feature because that is exactly what a business needs to grow and I can safely say, it has made a huge difference in the relationship which I have with my customers and clients.
PROSHubSpot CRM is really great because it furnishes my business with a straight forward and powerful software. It has provided me with a robust digital marketing instrument and an arsenal of tools which I can effectively use for sales and customer service. I love how it comes with a lightweight, yet proficient free starter plan for those who might want to take it for a test drive and see how it operates. The subscription model is great as it is divided in tiers so one can purchase a subscription which suits their budget and get features included in that tier. It offers a simple user interface and setting up and maintaining the software is trouble-free. Ever since I started using the software, attracting prospects is no longer a challenge, I am also able to to get business growth strategies through various marketing techniques. With the lead management feature, I can acquire and manage potential clients or custormers effortlessly. In addition to this, the software enables me to schedule appointments and or schedule a client with an advisor. The email management option helps me to send, reply track and organize emails all at once which improves customer service while saving me time. A combination of all these features and more makes me feel really satisfied with the software.
CONSI have noticed that some features require an upgrade which can become costly for small businesses. In addition to this, the free tier does not come with some automations. Lastly, it would have been nice if they offered a reccuring task option as it would aid in prompting a user to follow up with clients regularly thus the reminder feature leaves much to be desired.

HubSpot provided more of the features which I was looking for at the time.
