Nice tool for business communication

Ease-of-use

Functionality

Product Quality

Customer Support

Value for Money

The tool is unusual in terms of use at the beginning. We have gone through a lot of pieces of training and read a lot of documentation, and finally, we have increased the number of customers by to 20 percent thanks to improved communication. The support team has helped us a lot. The program is suitable for marketing purposes only in the most expensive version, all others are only partially designed for that, so consider it when choosing the best one for you. Generally, there are no problems that can not be resolved, so give it a try.

Pros

"An excellent solution for those who want to keep everything on their eyes.
Within this CRM program, you can manage communication, do marketing and collect statistics.
Sales managers can monitor at which stage is the process of product promotion, how many deals are concluded, have info on them etc. You can also schedule e-mailing."

Cons

File storage is a bit complicated. They are difficult to find something using a search engine, as well as to replace files and especially attach them to messages. Emails often do not get to their addresses, therefore, we had to look for other services for correspondence. The interface causes some problems because it is not always convenient, for example, it is impossible to copy the contact information of customers. You just have to type it.

Value for Money

Pros

offers free subscription and has no major limitations in number of users or number of contacts as some of the competitors have. You can try it out as long as you want.

Cons

some futures have to be bought and can get expensive. Missing some automatisation, like for instance you have imported contacts with company names, but the companies are not shown, when you go from contacts to companies.

Daily User

Ease-of-use

Functionality

Product Quality

Customer Support

Value for Money

Pros

I love the short learning curve, and the fact that there is a free account option. An administrator can create teams within a list of users for information sharing, and it is simple to "tag" other users to share information (similar to social media).

Cons

Frequent updates and changes to layout
Some features are locked- there is not a "middle ground" user type. Either administrative with access to absolutely everything, or there is essentially a "view only" user type.

N/A

Although I'm not in sales, which is who mainly uses Hubspot within our company, I find it very useful to be able to keep important details about a project centrally located. Within our company, it seems there duplication of efforts since we have to keep a lot of information in two places (our ERP system and Hubspot) but we'll be working those nuances out over time. Been using for less than a year.

Pros

Central location for all tasks/notes/communications for customers/accounts. Easy to track where things are at withing project/account and who has interacted with customer.

Cons

My biggest frustration with Hubspot is that if you have a note started and they've already been @-tagged, then you have to start a new note or they dont get notified that you've re-tagged them. I think that might be changing in a new version, but havent seen it yet.

Pros

The best that HubSpot CRM has is in its interface and in the way that CRM can be managed through mobile devices, it is impressive how you can have a valid experience with a simple connection of potential client wherever you are, something comfortable, pleasant.

Cons

The negative function that I have found so far in HubSpot CRM is that currently, this platform is having problems with the Emails that are sent to the potential clients, since in some occasions these Emails are not sent correctly and are marked as sent.

I love the platform and have used it personally in my business, and with multiple clients. It's a great tool and it's functionality is a huge plus - if you are at the level where you need this type of support.

Pros

The platform is really large and offers a lot of functionality. The ability to manage social, email, customers, and workflows is incredibly valuable - especially if you have a very large audience (5k ppl on your list or more).

Cons

While it's terrific for large companies, it's a bit large for smaller companies or startups. The price can also be prohibitive if you have a limited budget and small audience.

Hubspot is a great CRM platform

Ease-of-use

Functionality

Product Quality

Customer Support

Value for Money

Pros

This platform does everything. You can manage marketing campaigns, send emails, manage contracts, run a sales team, log calls and emails to clients...free plugins for outlook, phone, and even Gmail tie in. We've also had great luck using the API's to push and pull data from other CRM's into/from Hubspot. Documentation is clear (JSON knowledge required)

Cons

It's a bit daunting for a new user. Very little in user guides is provided by Hubspot. Virtually no customer service from Hubspot either. Instead they give you access to a user created help area. It's got lots of videos and articles, but it's awful to use, and hard to find basic videos for how a end user should get started. In the end we just used google for support.

Worth it to check out but I would recommend other applications, especially if you plan to expand in the future.

Pros

Easy to use and an overall great UI. The free account is great for freelancers or very small businesses. An absurd amount of integrations with other software and applications. HubSpot has a fully free CRM that you can integrate as well.

Cons

Features on the free account are very limited and allow only for basic sales functions. Any paid account is very expensive, especially for small or solo businesses. I have had some issues with bugs at times (they are fixed reasonably quickly, however).

Pros

The most important feature that our startup is looking for is, how is the sales emails been targeted and reporting functionality that gives a huge leverage for the sales. We use it on almost daily basis now and looks like it's here to stay.

Cons

Also for a startup like us it's a little expensive plus the customer service are not always there on the other end. Maybe our assumption could be wrong. Free software edition should also include automation tools which can help cater to clients in business to clients hierarchy.

Well, it's a pretty decent CRM, and it's FREE. When other CRMs are charging huge monthly fees and force you to upgrade just to get new features, you gotta like a free CRM.

Cons

This is Hubspot we're talking about here. If you aren't familiar with them, you should check them out.

My opinion is that the "FREE CRM" is Hubspot's way to get you to sign up for their other paid products (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub)

So while they call it a Free CRM, they have broken up a lot of typical CRM functions into separate but integrated platforms, all of which cost money.

If you're a small business, Hubspot might end up being very expensive.

If you can afford it, and get a good ROI, then good for you. I simply didn't like dealing with their salespeople, who kept talking about their other, paid products.

And if you go all-in, Hubspot 'takes over' your website, which could be a good thing, but if you already have in house online marketing or have a firm do it for you, changing to Hubspot will be a pretty big undertaking, both in time and money.

A co-worker of mine has told me about Hubspot CRM shortly after they launched. I was using several different CRMs back then, but wanted to start from a scratch for the new position I took. Almost immediately I was hooked due to product's simplicity and clean UI. And the best thing - it's free for a basic account.

Cons

Initially Hubspot CRM only had gmail integration which was a bummer, since there was no clean way to log incoming responses into CRM, unless you were on gmail. They now support office 365 integration which solves that problem for me.

Integrates well with other Hubspot products (marketing and CMS). Hubspot is a leader in the field of digital marketing.

Cons

Complexity - you cannot take out features that makes life more complex. It's clearly designed just to feed into Hubspot other software purchase.

Pros

For a free CRM, you really can't beat the functionality that's available on HubSpot. Paired with the integrations that are offered, you can really accomplish a lot.

Cons

If you're looking to upgrade into the other verticals that HubSpot offers, the pricing can escalate quickly, and is based on number of records. This comes up when you look to expand outside the core CRM offering, but is worth noting up front as your create and/or migrate your records to HubSpot.

Pros

Hubspot helps me manage my leads and contacts, set up stages, and leave detailed notes about our interactions. It's clean and simple to use. Best of all, I'm still on the free version.

Cons

Some of the features/settings are a bit hidden, but it's really not bad. For instance, when you add members, their default settings might be something other than what you need, but it's not that obvious at first.
