I just love HubSpot so much

Pros

I love that this tool hit the basics on the head. Anything you want a CRM to do, it does. And for free!

Cons

Sometimes there are pains because the software is aiming to do it all.

HubSpot

Pros

Hub spot helps us connect our tickets, keeps track of emails, helps our sales and marketing team meet their goals!

It has been great to be able to track emails for our customers and be able to look back and see the entire conversation. We also enjoy that we can see when emails are opened.

Alot of other items that help our support team is being able to set templates, meetings (calendar) and snipits

Cons

Current, I dont have any cons! Love everything on Hubspot.

CRM for the small business owner

Pros

I like the tracking capabilities of being able to see where your leads are coming from.

Cons

The chat feature has much to be desired. Unfortunately i have to use other software to provide reliable live support for our customers.

Hubspot is a user-friendly CRM that worked great with our scaling startup

Pros

The friendly user interface, the customer support was fantastic (we had weekly calls with Hubspot reps to answer our questions and help us customize the CRM), and the HubSpot academy helped us onboard new users quickly.

Cons

Uploading lead lists was difficult. I wish there was an easier way to understand how to upload lead lists and even integrate with lead generating softwares and services.

I'm in Love with HubSpot

I am able to better keep track of who I'm working with and who I haven't talked with in awhile to keep my pipeline alive and moving and keep business flowing like it should be. Without a CRM, I'm not connecting with clients either past, present or future, like I should be.

Pros

This software is super easy to use, integrates with my email system and I can send emails directly into the system so I never have to worry about a missing message or missing an update. I love how you can set up reminders, sales goals and even set up packages right inside the system and it's FREE!

Cons

I would say the cons would be that it tracks every single email and sends it to HubSpot no matter what. I don't necessarily need Every. Single. Email tracked. Other than that I don't really have any complaints.

A free CRM that gives you wings

Pros

The depth of the feature allows me to get exactly the info that I need to qualify and filter my leads.

Cons

The complexity to get going. It is huge and the possibilities make you get stuck at times

Hubspot - intuitive CRM

Really like it - glad we changed from Salesforce to Hubspot - much better user-interface as well easier to use. Less clunky.

Pros

Does everything you would need from a CRM.

Task management - sales funnel - reporting on key figures (monthly and annually) all really great.

Transparent for everyone in the team.

I use the Sales-starter seat and it's also really great.

Cons

Slightly expensive - we have to delete sign-ups due to price becoming too expensive the more users/contacts you have on it.

Hubspot is spectacular

Pros

As a CRM it's amazing and that fact that it's free when most everything else has a price tag. The integrations and the fact that the other HubSpot suite of tools works so well with it it's fantastic.

Cons

It's a double edge, the fact that it's free hooks you into the system, but then if you want to use the CRM beyond, it's much less functional.

Easy to Look At, Easy to Use

We use HubSpot to manage our relationships with clients.

Pros

HubSpot has a really clean look to the system, which makes it so much easier to navigate and find the information I need for a customer. It's also easy to pick up for new users.

Cons

They seem to change up views and features at a decent clip, so there's always something new to keep up with and learn how to use well. (I guess this could also be a good thing, depending how you view it)

Not as bloated as Salesforce, but missing a few things

Great

Pros

I came from a Salesforce CRM background and Hubspot is soooo much lighter.
You can still import/export, keep up with contacts and email them (it's email functionality is limited to gmail accounts though). Pretty nice task lists and scheduling too.

Cons

You can only mail through gmail. Not great if you have a branded domain.

Best CRM Out there

Pros

This is the most flexible drag and drop template builder out there. This makes any template easier for the developer to build for, and for users to manage content

Cons

Hubspot's free plan is a boon for small sales teams

Hubspot's starter plan gives you the experience of a quality CRM for free

Pros

We currently use Hubspot's free plan for all our sales need and it has everything we need from deal tracking, email tracking, quick templates and a comprehensive dashboard.

For a small sales team like ours, the features are ideal without the complexity of a full blown CRM.

The getting started guide is probably one of the best I have seen across products.

Cons

I can't be complaining considering we aren't paying for Hubspot. Although, I have to rely on another 3rd party mail tracking software because Hubspot limits you from seeing past notifications. Wish this limit could be a little higher than it currently is.

Best for HubSpot Marketing users

Pros

Free and easy to use, has all the basic CRM features (considering that it is a free product), and can be integrated with HubSpot Marketing -- putting all your important marketing tasks in a single platform.

Cons

It sometimes forces me to logout, or logs me out completely. When this happens, some of the most previous items that I did, disappears, which prompts me to re-do some tasks.

Great Cold Calling database

Pros

It’s a great program for sales development. This CRM is my current space for my leads and contacts for work. I love the integration with my google account. It really is easy to use.

Cons

I wish I had more control and automation over lists. I feel like ranking my calls and organizing them could be more streamlined.

Free and simple CRM app

Pros

A smart and easy app without confusing complexity, the basic version is absolutely free so I would encourage anybody to try it. We use the free version to organize and track customers’ communication. Easily linked with our e-mails, website, phone calls. Clear, detailed dashboard to track the company’s activities.

Cons

Although it is easy and simple to use there is a bit of a learning curve involved to start with.

HubSpot Review

Pros

We were developing a new company that required us to take extensive notes on customers and actions associated with that customer. HubSpot is the best for doing so. It made it easy so that everyone on our team could use the product, access the product and understand the information. Would highly recommend.

Cons

I did not find a con on this software. Very intuitive. Great for businesses needing to keep extensive notes on a number of customers.

HubSpot CRM integrates with GSuite and adds value to my workflow

Pros

I appreciate that HubSpot CRM integrates so quickly into my daily use that I hardly notice until I need it. When I look back at the data it captures over time, I cannot imagine not using it.

Cons

You get tied into the system due to the low (no) cost but as you use the system more and more it can become costly as you add on additional features of HubSpot itself.
