Claritysoft is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed for midsize and large enterprise businesses. It offers sales automation, customer service and support, marketing automation and social CRM within a single solution. Key features include account management, activity management, calendar management and pipeline management.

Claritysoft CRM features a contact management module that allows users to import and unify contact lists from different sources such as Excel documents, Outlook and QuickBooks. It allows users to view contact location in Google Maps, which helps them plan routes for sales representatives.

The email-marketing feature allows users to design email templates and pull contacts from contact lists based on filters and preferences.

Users are able to access their stored CRM data in Claritysoft’s offline mode, and then synchronize changes with the cloud when the application is online again. Pricing is per user per month subscription. Support is offered via phone, email or web ticket.

great CRM software

Pros

This software has great versatility in record keeping, reporting and lead conversion. I highly recommend this software.

Cons

There are some bugs within email blasts and crossing over from offline to live. however the technical support team is very helpful in dealing with these issues,

Claritysoft is a very efficient way to keep track of your sales and records.

Pros

I like that claritysoft is very organized and easy to get around. Claritysoft keeps your daily activity and future activities in the software for you. Reminding you that you may have to follow up on a customer or that you have a meeting, etc.

Cons

I do not like the offline version of claritysoft. It is neat that they offer this so you can use it without the internet, but it is just very dull for me.

Helps convert leads into sales through quotation templates and great reminders.

Very helpful to convert leads to sales.

Pros

I like the reports module, as well as activity recording for review and training new representatives.

Cons

There could be additional functionality with the email blast module. For example, being able to select multiple records to perform list actions such as resend, delete, or create follow up activity.

We are a non-profit organization with a sizeable database. Clarity Soft stepped up to help.

Pros

We were able to customize it to fit our needs and the Clarity Soft team was extremely helpful. I was the point person and I am not technologically savvy, so I was heavily reliant on the team. They gave us far more support than we ever could have paid for.

Cons

The only challenge is that it's really designed for business accounts with multiple contacts. Our accounts are mostly individual donors. Some of the essential information fields are unique to either accounts or contacts which creates some challenges that are no fault of Clarity Soft.

The most attentive support team! Genuine concern their product fits your specific needs.

Organized sales calls, accurate monthly reports, mobile app makes field work a breeze. User friendly, customized to our needs - all at an exceptionally low cost. ANY organization or company can afford this CRM.

Pros

Keeps sales goals organized; extremely user friendly; phone app makes working in the field a breeze. Customer support and customized reports are stellar!

Cons

I have NONE. The entire ClarifySoft Team is supportive with quick responses. The only con I have is that I didn't find this CRM sooner.

Developed for high frequency calls - Outstanding customer service.

This has massively improved our sales.

Pros

We moved over from Saleforce where we were able to average 75 calls per day per person - Claritysoft has enabled us to increase the number of calls per sales person per day to 120 whilst capturing all of the relevant data and ensuring that all sales opportunities are followed up until completion.

We tested four other CRMs including using Salesforce, which we used for a year - financially it was a black hole and the service was beyond horrendous. It was a joke. So we were very focused on customer service when moving to a new CRM and we have had a very good experience with Claritysoft. Their support team have ensured that we have a customed CRM designed for our needs. There were one or two delays in setting up our reporting, but the team at Claritysoft just used this as an opportunity to further prove their commitment to our company by going above and beyond to create an accurate and detailed reporting system.

One thing that I will say is that we are based in London, we are not a US Firm and we are not use to having a tech company so focused on the client experience. They offer time and support in a very understanding manner and the fact that they are based in the US means that we can communicate with them daily until around 11pm every day.

I do not believe I have ever reviewed another company before however, the product is excellent and allows you to speed dial and the service is the best we have come across.

Cons

I would like to add further lead status updates to the Log Activity menu because when we want to change the lead status we have to go to one additional page.

Ability to list accounts, vendors and partners, sorting functions, enter attachments, keep track of all communication.

Cons

Slowness of capturing my email communication. Software is set up for sales, I use it for account management and therefore do not use all the features

Great CRM with lots of good features but not overwhelming.

Pros

Customer service is very helpful and open to feedback, receptive to suggestions for future updates and new features.

Cons

It seems like perhaps Claritysoft integrates a little better with Outlook than with Gmail based email and calendars.

I have been with Claritysoft for a couple of years now, and I am very happy with the Databases

Easy to learn and use, and customize Claritysoft has excellent support in helping in all areas of use.

Cons

As of yet I need an outside App to connect with our Quickbooks, but can be done with the Zapier App.

This CRM software is very versatile and very intuitive to use.

Pros

You can add virtually an unlimited number of customized fields, it's very easy to use and their technical support and customer service is excellent.

Great tool if it's the right fit.

Pros

Very easy to navigate the software. The customer support when first looking at the product is outstanding.

Cons

Once you have gotten past the initial stage of purchasing the product, the customer support drops significantly.

Just getting into it

Pros

Visual display. Linking to email, tasks and meetings. Like being able to add to drop down lists. Like being able to assign tasks to another team member.

Cons

Configuring is more challenging than I expected. But then I am trying to save money by doing it myself.

Easy to use but implementation with email integration has been slow.

I recommend this software based on its ease of use and affordability with a flat rate and low implementation costs.

Pros

Software is easy to use and creates the information that we as a small community bank are looking for to manage our pipeline and prospects. Price is right for what you get and much more affordable than industry standards. Training with online/youtube options has been very good.

Cons

Implementation with email has been slow due to issues in our Kerio email. Data filters are very sensitive to syntax and can be annoying to deal with.

Great software just needs some tweaking

Overall we are pleased with our use of it.

Pros

Intuitive software, easy to use, easy to setup, fantastic support team. Search functionality is great when searching general and detail oriented things.

Cons

Reporting doesn't work as it should - needs some improvement, not able to fully customize in terms of removing sales modules, emails could have a more professional look, email syncing could be better.

I love this software, and I use it every day to manage our customers, accounts, and leads!!!

If I had to use pen and paper to keep track of what ClaritySoft does, it would take me an eternity to do what I have done with this software.

Pros

The thing that I like most about this software is that it is user-friendly and has a memory that I could never dream of! It keeps up with every call, email, fax, meeting, follow up, and everything else that I do for every person I contact! It is a beast of a software, and I would recommend it to anyone!

Cons

The only thing that I do not like about it is that I wish they had an app, but they do have a mobile website which you can create an app from a website (Google it, I did it for my fiance's bank).

Seems Like a Great Product

Customer Service was very helpful and gave they gave a 30 min demo that was very informative.

Even though I was using a trial, it was very user friendly and had some great features. Had a great ease of use.

Cons

Since we are part of a Senior Care Community, we need a program that is HIPAA compliant, and that was the only con we had.

Claritysoft is a very professional and customer friendly organization with a good tool and awesome personnel.

Pros

The service and help is great! The sales people have helped me understand what they have to offer, answer questions quickly, etc. It overall seems like a great product.

Cons

I can't say that I am aware of many cons other than the fact that it would be great to have one big bulk price for all the different things clarity soft brings to the table. Or maybe even have the different features as an add-on for only a few people as opposed to everyone who may not use certain features

ClaritySoft Is Very User Friendly

Pros

ClaritySoft makes it easy to set up and user their software. They are very helpful in answering any questions you may have throughout the whole process.

Cons

ClaritySoft does not offer some functionality that I think would be useful. Certain fields will not pull from Quotations to Sales, for instance, quote number. It is important for us to know the quote number through all phases of the sale.
