Intuitive, all-inclusive, and easy to use

This has become a great tool for our organization. We're small enough that there are just a couple CSRs and salespeople trained on this software and they'r able to integrate any new hires in a couple hours. Layout is simple, crisp, and MOST IMPORTANTLY: intuitive. That's huge for me and our team.

Pros

It takes every element of conversation with a contact/lead/company/account and gives both the option to collate all communication - phone calls, emails, etc. - in one stream so any salesperson or CSR in our company can find that contact and catch up on ALL communication with them instantly.
Communication can also be segmented by type with the click of a button.

Cons

The only thing so far is difficulty transitioning to their layout and account management terms as they differ from our former systems - Salesforce and Infusionsoft.

I had a very informative a hands on virtual meeting where the sales rep showed me ways this system can specifically cater to my organization

Pros

The ease of use and the layout. I also like that you can choose the "add on" features that are best for my organization

Cons

The only complaint I have is that I had trouble uploading contacts to the CRM at first. Once I spoke to the sales rep she explained that a lot of the set up can be back ended.

Good CRM in which we trust for our sales.

We consider that the advantages have been notorious, since we use HubSpot as our CRM, sales have been increasing, we even have reminders in the calendars, we give our clients what they need.

Pros

Undoubtedly, we love each tool HubSpot is our CRM in which we trust to track our customers and future customers, saving the information of each one and very safely, we use the integration with the email.

Cons

Sometimes the price may be expensive, but we believe that HubSpot is worth it, its technical support is one of the best.

Simple CRM option that sync with Gmail

Pros

Simple CRM that logs emails being sent from Gmail (likely from other email services as well, but I use Gmail) Takes alot of the hastle out of logging activities performed.

Cons

Limited functionality beyond simple people/company/projects.

Flexible Reporting Options

Their help desk chat is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Pros

A convenient feature to export the Deals created in Hubspot and then work with the file in Excel to create reports and tables to share with the team. It helps us track the stages of our subscription clients.

Cons

I have had difficulty with the platform losing my settings and even the Helpdesk can't correct. The solution is to open in an incognito window.

Most comprehensive, easy-to-use marketing automation system I've used!

I've used several different marketing automation tools over the years, and HubSpot is the most user-friendly, intuitive tool that I've seen. Their support knowledge base and support reps are also excellent.

Pros

I like how Hubspot has designed their entire product around an Inbound lead model.

Cons

Because HubSpot encourages its users to host their website on their platform, there are some added integration complications due to keeping our website on a third-party CMS.

I highly recommend

I'm totally in love with Hubspot Academy and the way how they educate people in terms of sales. The quality of the tool is as high as their customer service standard.

Pros

I like the fact that once it set up it becomes easy to use and it's very helpful when it comes to set up sales pipeline

Cons

it's not very intuitive at a first glance so some users could feel discourage to go deeper

Does what you'd expect

Pros

I like that it can host my emails, my website, my lead management and all that. As long as your developer builds decent templates it's fairly usable by all.

Cons

It doesn't play well with salesforce and it's easy for people who don't understand what they're doing to mess it up. If you're a larger company just make sure the people know what they're doing and you should be fine.

Perfect operations tool for small business!

I'm solving organization problems with clientele communications.

Pros

We love Hubspot CRM! It keeps us organized, down to the smallest details.
It helps us track our growth very well as well.
We use the CRM to share tasks with outsourced contractors.
It also helps us follow up with leads!

Cons

Thankfully, we haven't found a con since we've been using this software.

Pros

I recieved this software in its beta format. It was easy to install on top of Google mail. It did remind me of when I sent what emails.

Cons

I struggled to implement any of the other features. After trying it for about 6 months I deleted it.

Good Plugins and Simple CRM Interface

Pros

Our company used the hubspot sales crm tool to connect with potential new software clients. There is a browser and email plugin that can be super helpful with logging people directly and recalling information

Cons

The system felt somewhat clunky and was not super user friendly. While you were able to access everything you needed, it was not the greatest way to pull up info in a timely manner.

Used as a plugin with Salesforce to get leads

Pros

The product works seamlessly with the business to provide data directly into our main CRM system, it's simple to configure and so long as no one changes the config without telling anyone it is always working and providing data

Cons

Within the implementation of HubSpot that we use, the scope of leads is quite small, only addressing data from the USA. Not so much a con of the system. But it would be good if the higher management would allow more countries to take advantage of the solution.

Read receipts for emails

As a journalist, it's useful in time-sensitive situations when I need a response or need to know to move on to another source.

Pros

It is so useful, in so many situations, to know if/when someone has read your email, as well as how much they engaged with it (were links clicked? was it opened again and again? etc.). Knowing if someone has read the message and how much they engaged with it help inform subsequent decisions. The basic version is also free.

Cons

I wish Hubspot let you send from mobile with the same seamlessness as sending it from desktop. Instead, there's so many extra steps I would rather wait until I could get to a desktop. Hubspot also needs to be available for more browsers except Chrome.

It's really an amazing tool. I like the integrations and the way it has helped me feel like I know my prospects and customers better.

Pros

Oddly the best part of this product is the training from Hubspot University.

Cons

It's a massive product and it takes almost an associates level degree worth of effort to get used to using it.
