Manage Your Sales Pipeline Easily and Effectively

    Ease-of-use

    Pros

You can customize the filters and save the ones that are needed in the campaign. You can create custom views so you can focus on key indicators or particular type of lead so the representatives can focus on the right people that match the potential leads or customers for your service or product. You can easily track the progress through recent email clicks, recent sales email replied date. Customize the dispositions in order to manage your leads effectively and efficiently. What's best in Hubspot CRM is you can give your representatives a goal and you can create action steps to take every week in order to maximize your sales potential and not miss on buyers. You can easily track the type of industry , type of buyers that highly match your buyer criteria. There are numerous features and when used depending on the lead status effectively, you can surely see sales progress without missing a single potential sale. Instead of working on thousands of leads, your representatives will be working on only hundreds but sure sale.

    Cons

Management should all be trained on each feature and identify significant filters and customs that fit your campaign and client metrics. Your representatives should be trained well on the software. I advise you hire tech savvy Sales representatives at the same time fast learners. It takes time to perfect the system and some may not use some important features and just use common features because they need to call more people.

HubSpot CRM is NICE but upgrades are EXPENSIVE

    Ease-of-use
    Functionality
    Quality
    Support
    N/A
    Pros

You can tell HubSpot put quality into one of the best free CRMs around. It comes with a catch tho... if you want to upgrade to do more with Hubspot, it can get pricey really fast! The UX is nice. The learning curve isn't bad. A great one to use if you know your company will get big.

    Cons

How expensive it is for add-ons that is hard to justify if you are a very small business with limited revenue. It can be justified if you know you will grow and have the revenue stream coming in to offset the costs as it can really deliver the bang for the buck.

Superb email and calendar incorporation with Gmail. Super simple to alter fields and add things to picklists, and so on.

Support with the expectation of complimentary licenses isn't awesome. They drive you to their client discussion for any assistance with the free software.

I thought Hubspot was very easy to learn, easy to teach others, and does what it is supposed to do without any hiccups.

    Pros

Very simple and clean layout that makes it easy to use even without a tutorial. Once you learn the scope of the CRM, its very straightforward and you won't forget how things work. Super simple to interact with clients and can share with other team members.

    Cons

The only thing so far is that there aren't as many integrations with other sales platforms and tools, although I imagine this will come in due time.

    Pros

Hubspot is very easy to use. Organizing and segmenting contact is pretty intuitive and highly customizable.

    Cons

Hubspot pricing model is build to charger more money for a high volume of contacts. This might be a disadvantage for companies that are in B2C business and have a large volume of customers.

We have been using Hubspot for our company since we began contacting and selling to customers. While it was great in cost-effectiveness and ease of set up, as we grow it is becoming less and less of an asset to us, and we are now looking for alternatives. This is a wonderful tool for SMBs and startups.

    Pros

    - Quick to set up
    - Cost-effective
    - Support team is knowledgeable and fast-acting

    Cons

    - Not as robust as other CRM systems available
    - Would like to see more integrations with other platforms

I've been working inside many different CRMs for years. I help my clients use them as well. I tend to always lean toward HubSpot for clients that have never used a CRM before.

    Pros

This CRM is great if you're just getting started. The tools are easy to understand. The settings are pretty self explanatory as well. Plus, there is a great free version.

    Cons

The steps above the free version are a little steep. It's either free or expensive. No middle ground.

    Great. No problem

    Pros

The software gives me a lead analytics dashboard and allows me to track my leads very effectively. I can enter my contact details (and more information + notes), track when I contacted them and their preferences and most of all the software is very easy to use and very intuitive.

    Cons

Nothin specific, I used it to manage my personal and professional contacts and it's quite effective.

Hubspot Sales Software has helped our sales team organize leads and to qualify new customers with speed and accuracy

    Ease-of-use

    Quality
    Support
    Value for Money

In our final analysis, our company has greatly benefited from Hubspot Sales software's keenly constructed systems for contact, habit behavior as well as for predicting future customer activity regarding our product. Demonstration and free evaluation of Hubspots feature rich software is available and we highly recommend their product.

    Pros

Hubspot's "messages" feature allows prospects to directly access any team members expertise by placing alerts on our companies' website pages.
We really like their application''s ability to both let us know in real time which customer contacts are arriving immediately as well as building reports in the back round which then gives our company further insight into potential client behavior..
Hubspot's templates feature will compile useful customer profiles which then allows our team the capability to predict which demographics are most suitable for future prospecting.

    Cons

The cost of operation for current feature set is higher than some competitive rival solutions.
That said , this condition we believe is mitigated by some specific and most useful features like "sequences" which allow
for in depth grouping of customer behavior.

It amazing how someone can see all the communication done on CRM like meeting call or emails. all the marketing data is can be given to a contact. I love how there is a Deals section where all the sales opportunities can be track to see if a person can be a potential customer.

    Cons

the only thing that i dont like is the integrating with office 365. if your email is not with gmail or office 365 then you wont get the full effect.

You really can't go wrong with Hubspot.

    Pros

I liked this CRM but moved on for more features. Hubspot did have two critical features I needed. Autosave prevents you from leaving a page with unsaved notes. Also, after you complete a task, it offers you a followup task window which is fantastic.
It also has a clean UI.

    Cons

I really don't have any major complaints. I moved on to a more fully featured CRM with a visual pipeline.

One of the largest names in the business just doesn't seem to have the insight into their own industry to realize that CRM needs to encompass all methods of communication. If most of your business is on the phone, you can get away with using it but I can think of better options out there, like NetSuite, Streak, and Bitrix24.

    Pros

Capable of pulling a lot of data from a lot of sources about people and companies you are speaking with. Lots of tools integrate with it.

    Cons

Doesn't handle email very well. Email happens in email software, like Outlook, Thunderbird, or in Gmail. HubSpot doesn't seem to get that and seems like a glorified address book. To access the fancy stuff, you have a pay a ton of money, and even then they don't deal with email the way they ought to.

    Pros

Hubspot is fully features and includes many of the elements you need to start a marketing machine.

    Cons

Once businesses exceed the free tier, costs grow quickly, and transactional email campaigns are expensive relative to free solutions like freeCodeCamp's MailForGood.

I have been using Hubspot for about a year now and it works in the background ensuring all my sent emails are monitored. I know when someone has accessed and when they're ignoring the email or just plain inefficient. Any new leads are assigned automatically.
