Worth it to check out but I would recommend other applications, especially if you plan to expand in the future.

Pros

Easy to use and an overall great UI. The free account is great for freelancers or very small businesses. An absurd amount of integrations with other software and applications. HubSpot has a fully free CRM that you can integrate as well.

Cons

Features on the free account are very limited and allow only for basic sales functions. Any paid account is very expensive, especially for small or solo businesses. I have had some issues with bugs at times (they are fixed reasonably quickly, however).

The most important feature that our startup is looking for is, how is the sales emails been targeted and reporting functionality that gives a huge leverage for the sales. We use it on almost daily basis now and looks like it's here to stay.

Cons

Also for a startup like us it's a little expensive plus the customer service are not always there on the other end. Maybe our assumption could be wrong. Free software edition should also include automation tools which can help cater to clients in business to clients hierarchy.

Cons

Some of the better features require a level of monetary commitment that isn't feasible for smaller organizations. The good news is you scale as you grow.

The fact of being a certified Google partner is a Plus ++, it is a solution that adapts to multiple commercial areas and industries. has no rival in terms of offering the same level of integration, great ability to track all activities, create and schedule tasks is also very easy, among other functions ... the function 'save filters', simplifies the work.

Sharing intercompany information is cumbersome ... besides it is impossible to add several email addresses to a single contact record, but ultimately the rest is well organized and easy to access.

Cons

Nothing is free. They charge for everything and are limited in what they deliver. Purchases thinking I was going to be able to manage marketing to sales lead generation but ended up needing to manage all their charges instead of the lack of features.

If you need "easy to use" and not a super expensive CRM that does all the basics & some more, HubSpot can be a good choice. Just don't expect something as massive as SalesForce and as user friendly as Pipedrive.

Pros

HubSpot CRM is pretty easy and intuitive to use. The company information also gets pulled automatically, which is a nice touch. Another cool feature is setting up email sequences, which can be customized and scheduled to fit your clients and best open times. You also receive a notification about how many times and when the email was opened by the client.

Cons

HubSpot is pretty popular and might be blacklisted in most spam filters which is why we get bounced emails quite often. The user interface sometimes might feel a little clunky and I've occasionally run into a few glitches. The reporting tool is sometimes difficult to understand and clearly analyze the results of a certain campaign.

Great CRM system and I can't believe it is free! Wow!

Pros

There are lots of great CRM on the market and most of them comes with a price. I'm surprised to find out that HubSpot is free while very powerful. I can do pretty much everything I needed from a CRM like custom field, team collaboration. It works with Zapier so I can create some great automation too.

Cons

The user interface looks a bit aged and sometimes the layout is complicated for me to find something I needed on the spot.

The more I experience Marketing Automation software things become clearer and clearer to me.

- Companies who have amazing marketing automation systems for B2B lack a proficient CRM
- Companies with an amazing CRM system lack marketing automation features

This is the tradeoff I've seen with numerous systems, either it's great for sales but sucks for marketing, or it's great for marketing but weak for sales. Rarely can you have the best of both worlds!

HubSpot CRM is okay, it has a some modern features you'd want in a CRM but leaves a lot to yearn for. Good tracking features, notifications from lead interactions, a clean U/I, a nice pipeline management feature. You can also make phone calls from the CRM itself.

Cons

What it lacks is in-depth customization for companies that sell advanced solutions. No in-depth product and services management either, it's very basic. This might work if you have a simple pricing model, but not if you sell complex systems of hardware, software, and services.

Even the sales rep for HubSpot CRM told me they use Salesforce for their sales process...I mean c'mon, how can you try to sell me on a CRM that you wouldn't use yourself?

For me the most likable feature bout HotSpot is it's social media integration with LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+ and Twitter from where it pulls the useful details from their profiles and integrates nicely with HubSpot Sales Chrome Extension which makes all that information accessible to be used for successful outreach.

Having dozens of API's which allows other applications to pull data out of HubSpot and into other systems and that makes it open for third party developers which hampers the security.

Cons

There have been a few hiccups and glitches as far as saving/remembering new info we've input as well as the integrations with sites such as hellosign and the Primary account holder managing our account settings.

I liked the former LeadIn solution, the new HubSpot CRM and I got over 100 valuable leads which eventually turned into paying customers. I also like the email reply feature, made my life much easier by allowing me to send immediate replies to potential leads captured via various forms on my site.

Cons

Accounts are not easy to manage, delete or reorganise. Also, multiple accounts are not easy to install, and some information is not disclosed until the end of the account creation (such as grouping the leads into multiple accounts).

good CRM for inbound.

Pros

Have used HubSpot in the past as a CRM connected to our marketing automation product. We used the free edition. Tracking and sending emails was a great feature along with foot notes and adding other team members. Fairly simple and easy to adopt.

Cons

Works well with an integrated HubSpot Marketing cloud. Don't see too many issues with the product. Also since they have a free edition it is very easy to try and then see if a purchase is required.

Pros

I love the sequences, it has become much easier to send 1,000's of emails out each week. Hubspot makes the process seemless

Cons

The mobile version never works. everytime I open the app on my phone it either freezes or simply doesn't even open.
