Kylas CRM - Sit back relax! Kylas is there

With Kylas we now have a seamless lead funnel, proper reporting and analytics of the sales operations. This has not only improved the overall productivity of the company but is helping the brand to picture the future.

PROS

The best thing about Kylas is that it works like a sturdy 4x4, ready to take on any terrain. Just throw any integration in its way, and Kylas will blend with it like anything. The support team is to be given all the credit for the seamless onboarding and after-operations.

CONS

The abundance of features that are not required is a concern, but it makes sense considering the different types of industries it caters to. I struggled to think of any bad part of Kylas CRM. One can always choose Kylas over other hyped CRM's present in the market.

Kylas is very user freindly CRM, we implemented same in just 7 to 10 days along with product training. we can manage all leads with different type of activities available in the CRM.

PROS

Kylas CRM is one platform where we can set our all leads from various online lead generation sources. Kylas is very cost efficient CRM as compare to other available CRM's in the Market.

CONS

Kylas is not come with role hierarchy, which is very important part for data management in the company, Layouts are not available in all modules, customization is not allowed that much as compare to other crm's.

Why you should Kylas CRM when your setting up your Marketing and Sales process in your org?

3 months on the CRM is working well with our system.

As an admin and from Marketing & Sales / Customer Success Kylas CRM helped me automate most of my whatsapp messages and email messages. Now I can get the customer data easily when I am on a call with them.

CONS

Integration with our own admin database was a little bit challenging and time consuming could have been a lot more smoother. Only issue was with the mail jet email template not being available at the automation workflow.

- in the beginning we had a lot of issue with speed and the software going offline, but now it has come a long way and don't face that issue anymore.- the simple and ease to use, not much of confusing options its just nice and clean UI.

- they have to yet come up with more dynamic reporting system. - they have to get a better development team, to make the mobile APK more usable.
