The Method team has been so helpful in our transition to this CRM software. They have helped to streamline our business.

I liked the low cost and the clean interface that all looked much nicer than what we had been using. I really liked how tightly it could integrate with QuickBooks Online which saved us a lot of time.

Some confusion in what applications involve extra monthly cost. Some difficulty personalizing different views.

No current integration with Voice over IP phone systems.

We have spent plenty of money adjusting this to our liking. Everytime they fix something they mess something else up and then charge you to fix there mistakes.

It's easy to use and a great way to stay organized. The customer support team is responsive and eager to help.

But then I tried to use it and have been incredibly frustrated and extremely disappointed with the user support (or lack there of).

But the cost of leaving QuickBooks and adopting a new system would be massive. So glad we found Method, as we can grow with Method + QuickBooks.

Product is very flexible and the support has been great.

Great way to follow up on clients and activities , the fact the will provide a good picture of the work done during the day , invoices are sync with QuickBooks.

They have an excellent support team to resolve any minor issues that you face during customization. They provide a wide range of features with great navigation.

My dedicated contact is excellent. And, a bonus - invoice emails state they are from my business in subject line so they are not lost.

Difficult setup process. Integration with Quickbooks is difficult with the app they provide.

We were trying to get more users for QB Desktop Pro and get cloud access. We cancelled Method and bought  multi user QB.

This program was very attractive from the demo and the support. It is VERY detailed with the tables and import/export options.

After struggling withe this app for 10 days of a 30 day trial I gave up, exasperated.

Search bar seems to struggle sometimes finding companies/clients. Searching can be troublesome.

They focused on actions and resulting actions for every contact update. Their customization, including their DB engine was a big selling point.

Database Platform Unreliable, CRM based on it Very Cool.

Their comprehensive approach to CRM was very cool and helpful.

I like the fact that I can integrate email, accounting, marketing and sales tracking, which is unparalleled for this price.

I feel like the Method employees are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous responding to any of the questions I have encountered.

I can bill my customer but have to pay to have an integration for allowing my customer to repurchase the same product.

Overall I like this program and the integration with quickbooks.

There are many things I like about this software including unlimited customization of dynamic fields, able to track and follow each of the receipients and customize followups to my initial emails.

Pricing - they charged me for 3 seats and didn't give a refund. Bugs - I can't load email campaigns sometimes.

I wasted 5 hours setting something up only to have outlook disable the plugin while sending out to our mailing list.

I've been using SalesHandy for a few months and I like everything about it. The basic plan is free and easy to use with unlimited real-time notifications.

It is definitely worth getting a monthly plan to get the team and document tracking features if you need these features.

Integration with Chrome was seamless. Along with ease of use, I would recommend it to anyone.

Sometimes it has trouble tracking certain emails.

Basically, all data showed in Saleshandy are broken. Timing of the campaign - there needs to be a 20-minute break between you the time you start the campaign and actually send an email.

This is hands down the best email tracking software (as a service) I have ever used.

It feels they work round the clock. I also like that this Saleshandy is easy to pick up & learn on the go without me trawling the manuals.

SalesHandy has great ease of use and a clean outlook integration.

Deployment - cake for both outlook and Gmail. I love the Feed in gmail - definitely gives me a quick synopsis on all my activities without ever having to leave gmail.

Inability to handle unsubscribes or bounces through anything except Gmail. This required manually going through every bounce and unsubscribe manually.

Excellent 1:1 customer success calls have  helped me to learn new skills that have helped my marketing campaigns.

As said before, It is wonderful to schedule a campaign and know that the emails are sending when I need them too. Customer service is awesome.
