It is easy use the software
Daily notification and update available it is easy to get the reports and also the opportunity is useful
CONSthe process of sending the quote is too long since finding the product is not easy and also there is no notification for missed calls.

It's been a good experience using CRM.
With the help of this software , we are monitoring the whole sales activity .
PROSThe feature, which i like the most is Leaderboard. With the help of it , using CRM has been become a gamification & its very easy to analyze the whole user performance.
CONSAs such there is no anything, which I like the least, some thingBut would something for implementation: 1.Improve web loading speed 2.would recommend enhancing a feature in schedule call so that people can schedule a call by selecting from & To date if he was on the same call (Tour) for more than one day.

very helpful for having a overall view of sales process
My sales is now more disciplined with a sense of accountability. lead management is possible . payment receipt records also helps a lot

CONStask unable to use to fullest,for dispatch need a module,invoice module also needs to be included with tally compatibility

the software is good and easy to use
we were able to streamline our service team as we are able track the service calls effortlessly
PROSThe most wonderful thing about this software is that it is application based so our engineers who are always busy on the field can update the software using their mobile phones.
CONSi think the software is almost flawless some small adjustment here and there which the PMAM team is always ready to help

its a good and very helping software in terms of managing the data
my data is managed properly, I get a single database to accumulate all my leads and opportunities.
PROSit helps in data management efficiently, all the contacts details of the clients are available when saved, all the leads are sorted and schedule call helps us to know our daily workflow.
CONSAgain and again giving notification even if we mark call as completed, have to create a separate list name everytime if the corporates are not of similar industry

It has been helpful in streamlining sales procedure .
Easy to operate and understand the software. It was easy implemented in the sales team which organised the process.
CONSNothing encountered as such but needs to improve on mobile user interface as it is still not as easy as desktop version.

It's very helpful and useful for daily work.
This software is very helpful to save each and every data related to customer,meetings,stock and all.
CONSThe software is not recognize duplicate entries by itself.Also you can't find a information through search by contact numbers or emails.

This software is great in terms understanding where you stand in achieving your targets
Its very user friendly and easy to use. Its gives you an insight on where you stand exactly after every month.
CONSSometimes takes lot of time to open the webpage. Better to have more details and clarifications in the help menu.

easy to use and easy the remember what the last talk has been done
easy to find the last talk words and easy to excess it shows the result and we can find anything about the lead
CONSit has a long process and the search button cant be entered by pressing the enter button. the calls sometime scheduled are been removed automatically from the plan created

Its very easy to followup customer from his last feedback.
i get more time to get involve in another work
PROSI can send bulk mail to customers in one time, for am consuming my time to another work, and also I can view my reports for the same. how many emails sent to customer, which is opened, which is read by customer etc.
CONSThe basic software is not that much useful for us. we need to customize more things, and we did also.

User interface is good. But sometimes it doesn't seem user friendly. Specially mobile app.
Tracking the progress on the leads. Contacts data for all the approached companies
PROSUpdates about all meetings. Great tool to analyze the work and keep watch on important things. It helps in know how of the leads and progress being happening on the leads. Also easy to extract contact details.
CONSChoosing the time is seems difficult. At times it feel very difficult to input the meeting times. Typing option should be there to enter the call time details.

I tried several CRMs before using PMAM, was impressed with its simplicity of use!
Helped in tracking all activities of sales team, prioritising them as well as create an useful MIS for the organisation which can be reviewed real time.
PROSI like the ease with which we can create leads and accounts as well as do all data entries. The sales pipeline management and forecasting is a good simple tool as well.
CONSI still want to explore more on report generations for effective decision making which i feel can be improved.

PROSEASY SEARCH OPTION AND PUT DETAILS IN EVERY SUB OPTIONS AND ALSO KEEP THE UPDATES VIEW ON HOME PAGES AS WELL AS THE DETAILS ARE UPTO DATE IN EVERY CLIENT WE ENTER.
CONSCANNOT PUT THE ORDER IN THIS SOFTWARE ALSO NEED THE ENTER BUTTON TO GO FORWARD TO THE NEXT PAGES, NEED TO CHECK WILL REPORTS PROPERLY

Good tool to maintain all reports on timely basis.
I liked the multiple options under sub categories ....... And very user friendly. Options are very convenient for the users to use smoothly.
CONSEverytime when we update some info it takes more time to load eventhough internet speed is high. And Android app is not user friendly.

The overall experience is below satisfactory. GUI and Dashboard needs change.
The calendar functionality is helpful. Needs some betterment in representation of the completed visits and calls
CONSThe dashboard is not that good, there is some error in the dashboard to-do list, it is not getting populated with the next planned visits.

Effective system to understand, maintain your records regarding sales and service and for follow ups
Accurate data and report received at any moment. IOS and Android applications available for on the spot meeting update
CONSit is not auto updated. Need to refresh it manually after making changes in leads, accounts and in order to save it.

Nice experience,easy to use
All the previous notes can be viewed, storage of data is easy , viewing the report and entry of the opportunity
