It is easy use the software

PROS

Daily notification and update available it is easy to get the reports and also the opportunity is useful

CONS

the process of sending the quote is too long since finding the product is not easy and also there is no notification for missed calls.

It's been a good experience using CRM.

With the help of this software , we are monitoring the whole sales activity .

PROS

The feature, which i like the most is Leaderboard. With the help of it , using CRM has been become a gamification & its very easy to analyze the whole user performance.

CONS

As such there is no anything, which I like the least, some thingBut would something for implementation: 1.Improve web loading speed 2.would recommend enhancing a feature in schedule call so that people can schedule a call by selecting from & To date if he was on the same call (Tour) for more than one day.

the software is good and easy to use

we were able to streamline our service team as we are able track the service calls effortlessly

PROS

The most wonderful thing about this software is that it is application based so our engineers who are always busy on the field can update the software using their mobile phones.

CONS

i think the software is almost flawless some small adjustment here and there which the PMAM team is always ready to help
