Pros/Cons
Pros
- Our team has successfully used Soffront for years. They have great features and excellent cust svc.
- Very impressed with the customer service. Very responsive and they work to resolve any issues.
- Good software for small and medium sized business. Pictorial representation is good, can be used in any presentation.
Cons
- Even after a call with them, and being told it definitely would be available on backup, it was lost. Never had such shocking service or experienced such a terrible product in my life.
- Tracking duplicates by email only is an obstacle. In some cases, we do not have emails, even in this day and age.
- Today I opened my CRM system to find that the email newsletter that I've been drafting for 2 days, is just missing.
Pros
- Velocify provides all of those things to its users, and that provides all the tools a user needs to stack the odds in their favor, provide vital competitive advantages, and win more customers.
- Nurture program and the ability to text from the platform is great. The ability to have it continually contact candidates automatically is invaluable.
- I absolutely love this program, it is so easy to navigate and I love that I can customize my options.
Cons
- The inability to back up after a mistake has been made. I believe this is in part because of the way the program is setup at my workplace.
- The only complaint I have is when updates are made to the UI and there is no notice, so I click on buttons that did not previously exist.
- The system does lack some simple daily admissions functions that are very common, such as a daily conversion reports, missed call tracking, inbound call tracking.
