My Sales Team's New Best Friend

After watching the Onboarding video everything was easy to navigate. I had a great experience with Topline and would highly recommend it to anyone hoping to simplify their life and growth.

PROS

The best part of Topline is how it streamlines everything. We never wasted money on unused features. The automation suite – workflows, surveys, the whole deal – helped us run our business smoothly as a much larger company.

CONS

The only thing I did not like was if you exit Topline you have to get a 2FA code from your email before you get back in. I wish you could stay logged in for a time of your choosing.

After reviewing all of the other alternatives and considering price, features, and capability it became obvious who was the best overall.

CRM on steroids!!

I’m glad we made the switch when we did! We haven’t looked back and are growing faster than ever!

PROS

I love the butler services when I’m stuck but also the mentoring has been a game changer.

CONS

Haven’t had any thus far! It has so many tools it’s mind blowing!

Best platform for marketing!

Topline is helping us take our marketing agency to the next level. The coaching, the platform, and the confidence is all there!

PROS

Topline is the full package!!! Automations, campaign management, CRM, social media, and more! I haven’t found a platform that can do all that Topline does!

CONS

Cons? There’s no such thing with Topline!

Reasons for switching to Topline

Their platform doesn’t include all the features we can get with Topline. Plus their support team isn’t supportive. The price wasn’t even worth what it offered.

Blown away at first experience

PROS

From the moment that I was introduced to Topline I was blown away by the fact that all of these softwares as well as the growth support was available at the price of the subscription. It almost felt too good to be true but the fact that this true is such a testament to the level of care that the people behind this company have for service providers.

CONS

I have yet to run into a con! I am thrilled with this platform.

Reasons for switching to Topline

Because paying for all of these other platforms is significantly more than what I pay for Topline and is also multiple different platforms as opposed to this platform that encompasses every single thing that I need.

Topline replaced multiple software services

Very impressed with the depth of functionality with Topline. This one tool has replaced 3 tools that I was previously using (Wufoo for lead capture, Freshbooks for invoicing, and MixMax for email campaign follow-ups).

PROS

The ease of use, and the depth of the functionality. I was blown away by the funnel management, the communication capabilities, and the workflow automation potential. I have barely scratched the surface on Topline's AI functionality but am excited to leverage these capabilities soon.

CONS

Some features such as the website chatbot didn't work for me immediately, but the support team was able to help me out and get my issues resolved quickly.

Incredible Value For Money and Great for Small Teams

It's been great for the small team I have. The CRM, automations, and tasks are are main uses and they're all great for the price.

PROS

The vast functionality it has is just incredible. We use it for about everything.

CONS

The workflows are a huge part of what we use topline for and in a lot of places it doesn't have the functionality we need causing us to have to look else where for solutions or come up with complicated work arounds.

Great Experience with Topline

Topline has been a major part in the change of my business plan. They provided both the tools and confidence for me to chase a dream and make it a reality. Our initial 6 month goal was to go to one trade show. I am about to go to my second in only 5 months.

PROS

The customer service has been amazing. I am awful with technology so it has been great having Topline to help explain things.

CONS

I haven’t had enough time to use the software so I have no cons.

Excellent option for small business

I find this service to be really beneficial for small businesses. Having managed my consulting practice independently for some time, this had made me recognize the potential for automation and has made me realize that I can effectively run my own business. It cuts out administrative tasks, and i'm excited to further expand my business

PROS

I like the variety of features. As a consultant, I didn't realize I had a need for a lot of the services offered and it made me realize how much I can automate to help grow my business.

CONS

Can't say I have any yet - any questions or issues I have had were quickly addressed by the team.

My Review.

PROS

All in one marketing platform. I honestly need to familiarize myself with the other features. I think a tutorial video that shows how to set everything up would make a great addition.

CONS

No video reviews to help newbs set things up.
