There were no hidden fees and a very transparent team. #### Cons When sending gift cards, it would be nice if custom fields could have a dropdown that a client could input all of the custom fields that would appear for easy of sending. Not a problem now, but when we were a very small start up this was difficult. The interface was confusing a support was non existent/hostile when provided. The last negative support exchange between our team and their was what ultimately made us decide to move platforms. Once I added our payment method and created the campaign it was incredibly easily to get gifts sent out to customers and partners. I had never used Tremendous before and I was sending out incentives within 20 minutes of logging in. #### Cons Overall the platform is really great. A few things that are blockers for us are - limit on virtual gift cards and selection of virtual gift cards. We typically let our recipients choose which gift type they would like and some wanted a Mastercard but that was not an available option to us. One other thing is the amount you can send on a virtual gift card. We also got a lot of feedback from participants that Tremendous is very accessible for them and they appreciated the amount of options of vouchers. #### Cons I would like if we were able to deposit in GBP instead of just USD - but despite this there are a great amount of options for GBP recipients.
