Most pop up as a suggestion which is the next best thing but being able to just click a few letters and hit enter would be ideal. Reasons for switching to Tremendous NOTE WE DID NOT USE BRANDED AUDITS - WE USED 'BRANDED CURRENCY REWARDS - they were not listed in dropdown and I could not move on from this screen without selecting something (I tried Other, Not Listed, N/A, etc and could find no other placeholder) They required $2K balance refill at all times. Not a problem now, but when we were a very small start up this was difficult. The interface was confusing a support was non existent/hostile when provided. You can see reward history, if you send it to the wrong person you can cancel it before it is redeemed. You can also check the analytics page to see which options were preferred the most, and which regions received most gift cards, etc. Cons: My only problem with Tremendous is that I think the reward and order history can be displayed better. Cons: I thought that there could be improvement by providing more information when users create an account and fill out the required information. For instance, a company name and address isn't very intuitive for a researcher to fill out (a University/department/office could each seemingly fit), but this could be fixed by just adding little blurbs that explain how to fill out each box specific to different common uses for the platform.
