  • Pros

  • It was very easy and straightforward to set up the flows and the notifications gotten on slack were well detailed and structured. Highly recommend this service.
  • Really easy to set up direct to Slack, and the support was awesome.
  • Cons

  • It's a very lite software, which is what i'm looking for. But, I am missing some basic features (account management, password / email changes, etc).
  • It wasn't always entirely clear what's included in the trial. When another team member connects a different flow, the flow management is slightly confusing.

  • Very easy to use, plus when there is an issue Zinrelo is very easy to contact and they get back to you ASAP.
  • We are able to control all the branding aspects of the program. The customers love the points and value.
  • Cons

  • Setup through ASP.NET was a little confusing, but not impossible.
  • No real cons if you read the documentation you can figure out how to use it.
