Affordable & User friendly CRM
Pros
Ease of use is nice. The UI also looks nice and a newbie can also understand it's functions within a day or two
Cons
Filters while viewing different deals/leads should be made more comprehensive and easy to use

Pipedrive is a great visual pipeline management tool
Overall it is a great tool to stay organized as efficiently as possible and have multiple users to work as a team as well.
Pros
Pipedrive integrates with numerous 3rd party software tools very easily. It is an overall fantastic visual pipeline management tool to customize a beginning-to-end customer pipeline management system tailored to what you want.
Cons
although relatively reasonably priced compared to other options, the cost is perhaps what I like least. Especially since adding the cost of 3rd party interactions is most likely to happen for most people.

Pipedrive - Great for Startups, SMBs
Overall experience was good but we had to move as we tried to scale up and required advanced reporting and point and click integration with certain tool that were not available at that point in time.
Pros
-Very clean product-Great UI - very intuitive -Does a good Sales CRM for companies trying to start their Sales process-Decent reporting
Cons
-Does not compare to the current market leaders - SF, Hubspot etc-Not for heavy lifting-Advance reporting not available
Reasons for choosing Pipedrive
Cost, and did not have the bandwith to have developers and admin to build out the SF product as per our requirements.

One CRM to rule them all
My fav. CRM
Pros
Super easy to use, well prices. I think the biggest advantage for my team is the reporting module - easy to customise reports.
Cons
Maybe it could have more fancy stuff to help generate/manage leads from the marketing perspective. It simply could have more features around lead generation or maybe some AI to help us get more out of our leads (more deals)
