Best Tool to make your office effecient
Good, best toll to assign the work to your employees and to keep the track of work between employees and customers.
PROSEase of assinging the work to employees. It is one of the best tool which my team used during the Covid as most the employees were working from home and it was easier to assign the work.
CONSI did not find anything which I did not like about timeshare. At the start it was hard to reach the company as there was time difference. But now it is OK>

The most flexible whatsapp tool
Our biggest problem that TimeLines solved was initially registering the conversations as Activity in Pipedrive. The others providers does it through system notes, and notes are not measurable. What is not measured cannot be controlled. We currently use a messaging system through webhooks that use our agent's own number to trigger messages, which makes it something unique and powerful in the market that is saturated with bots through the WhatsApp API. Which already many customers distrust and seek a more human contact.
PROSI like that we can register on an activity on pipedrive all conversations with our agents. Before timelines, we didn't have any idea how many conversations had each agent or how many conversations (or days) they need to close a deal. And the other tool that we are using now, is the mass messaging with other software like customer.io that open to us multiple options to automate WhatsApp communication.
CONSThere is no way, so far, to know how many individual message are sent and how long does the customer take to answer to our agents. The report part is missing here.

Support and Maintenance need to be updated
if the communication with whatsapp is critical for your business perhaps timelines be an issu because it can be stopped at any time with no notification even for maintenace fixes!!!

CONScould be for sure updated is the support and maintenance operation without any notification in the middle of the day... and the only respons you're receive from the chat we 're working to resolve this issu....

All of my staff can now access my Business WhatsApp, from unique logins! Timelines was great. I ended up moving back to WhatsApp when WA launched its beta multi-device feature. But if I get to the point where I need to have more than four devices connected, I'll be going back to Timelines.
PROSIntegration was seamless, rollout was smooth, support was great, and features were helpful, specifically: - each person being able to have a login means that I know exactly who wrote what message - being able to add comments to specific messages, and tag staffers in those comments, makes delegation and follow-up really easy - being able to add alerts / reminders is HUGE; being able to add them to individual messages is fabulous (because if I send two messages explaining next steps to client, I can add a time-based/time-relevant alert to each message, matching the timing of each of those steps) - unexpected but GREAT: it automatically uploaded all of the conversation history, from even before I started using Timelines. This meant that the change in staff (which happened at the same time as implementing Timelines) was smooth. (that said: they only load about 25-30 additional messages each time you scroll to the bottom of the conversation; for me, it's not fast enough / a big enough number, because my client conversations consist primarily of numerous short messages).
CONS1. This program is GREAT; but it's not the prettiest interface. Honestly, with all of the features, that's not even a drawback at this point. 2. The constant customer support chat at the bottom, means that the tab always has a notification flashing "(1) New Message!" -- I find it distracting and confusing (because it always makes me think that a client has sent me a message). 3. My staff sometimes experience connectivity issues, ie, their account would randomly get disconnected (but since I can reconnect without having to get on a video call with them, it's a pretty easy fix, relative to WhatsApp's delegation system). I also think this was all before a patch that resolved it. 4. (As of mid-September) if my cell phone is offline, my staff can't connect to conversations. I think this is a limiting feature beyond TL's control (having more to do with WhatsApp than with TL), but it's worth mentioning. (I went on vacation and had to buy a local phone plan because I have my Business WA set up on my personal cell phone; my cell carrier didn't work in vacation spot, which would've meant no client comms available for staff during whole vacation, which is not an option.)
