Great tool to imrove communication with in-app customers
Firstly, we would like to emphasize the wide range of tools that can be integrated into our in-app Stories to achieve various objectives. Additionally, for us, Stories have become a new and swift communication channel with our customers, as we can deliver information directly to the targeted client through targeting.
CONSDuring our time using the InAppStory tool, we have not encountered any drawbacks. Even if questions arise, the support team promptly assists in resolving any issues.

Great tool for onboarding process
A great tool for onboarding processes for new users. It has made it much more convenient for us to guide users on how to use our tool by integrating instructions into an easily understandable and accessible format through stories. One of the advantages is also the prevention of questions, as not all users used to read the instructions before. Now, stories appear immediately for new clients, and they have no opportunity to skip the orientation.
CONSWe have encountered some issues with creating video format stories, but the InAppStory support team helped us immediately.

New channel for marketing
Thanks to the InAppStory tool, we can promptly inform our clients about promising investment ideas, notify them of trading changes, promote new products and services, and involve them in more active use of our trading application. On the first day of the module's operation, the DAU increased significantly. The product offers worked out just as well. For example, 30% of the customers who signed up for our new loyalty program came from Stories. In terms of conversion to leads, the in-app stories showed high results and is comparable to sending push messages.

Effective tool for your ecommerce app
We really like the intuitive interface of inAppStory. It's convenient and visually pleasing to work with. The statistics section is very useful and informative. You can find a lot of interesting data for analysis. The wide variety of widgets allows us to not repeat formats from month to month and constantly create new content. Stories have enriched our app and made it more lively and closer to customers. It's a very important and powerful communication channel with a great future ahead.

Useful tool for your mobile app
InAppStory is very easy to integrate without any coding, which means you won't have to bother your IT team. Everything is intuitively clear, and if any questions arise, the InAppStory support team will always help and respond promptly. Great tool for communication with clients for fintech
Our AB testing has shown that in-app stories increases the engagement of clients in using the features of our app, which is what we are talking about here. In addition, it is an effective and flexible communication tool for us, as it allows us to create content easily and quickly to inform users.
CONSDuring the use of the tools, we have not identified any disadvantages. The only thing is that large videos are slightly reduced in quality when uploaded.

Gamify your mobile app users
We appreciate that the InAppStory tool provides the freedom for creativity and the ability to create engaging content for our users through a wide range of diverse tools: quizzes, surveys, games, and much more, all within the Stories format in our mobile application.
CONSWe were really missing a tool like an eyedropper to select the desired color, but thanks to the support team, they took our feedback into account and integrated it.

Show only relevant content in your app via Stories
"When we decided to add more personalized content in our app, we found the InAppStory Stories tool. Their personalization tools were great, but we needed to manage them in one place. For us InAppStory team created an interface, so now we have one-stop screen to manage all our activities. Imagine that you prefer oranges, but your friend always buys apples. With InAppStory we show them what they like most + add links (dynamic links) for the products."
CONSWith InAppStory we also create content together. It took extra time for us to collaborate with their design team directly according to our guidelines. But now everything works like a clock.

App ranking booster
I am Chief Product Officer at Checkaso and Stories by InAppStory is one of the tools that we offer for our clients as a great platform to work on app engagement and app re-engagement that have an impact on app ranking. I enjoy the content possibilities for Stories – widgets, games, videos – it helps to communicate our clients with their app users in a familiar format. InAppStory team is open for collaboration with such as platform as we are.
CONSInAppStory's core auditory – B2C mid/enterprise companies, so they have to change their tool a little bit for working with us. It is not a minor problem, it's just worth putting extra time on it

B2B hacker for better communication with clients
We embedded InAppStory Stories to Precoro Product because we saw the low conversion from push notifications. Via Stories we found touchpoints with our clients. Now it's easier to send them product updates or inform them about changes. We collected feedback from clients, and all of them think that via Stories cards they understand and memorize better what we tell. Another useful feature is widgets, we use them as a survey tool and have more answers than ever.
CONSInAppStory has an onboarding feature only at the high-price plan. We want this feature for all plans.

Brand new channel for communication with sport fans
InAppStory tool helps us to bring team spirit to our mobile experience online. It became a brand-new channel for our company. We easily increase interaction and engagement levels among our clients. Moreover, it helps us to build a strong bond between our company and sport fans. We can understand our clients and create targeted audiences for our offers. First of all the process of integration was quick and easy. Also, there are a great variety of features that we can use in our Stories and make them more interesting.

Web Stories that young generation loves
"WWF for Q3 rolled out the mission to attract young audience more on your two sites – in English and in Russian. After we surveyed what Z and millennials do in Internet, we found out that they prefer Stories to feed on social media. So we looked for Stories tool for our website. We appreciate our collaboration with InAppStory because they give us a one-place platform with an advanced segmentation to manage all the content for Stories. Imagine that you are crazy about pandas and you will see them more in Stories. Wow! Our Stories reach aroung 2000 unique users every day now. Personally, I see how InAppStory team drives the idea for the best tool for Stories creation. They released a lot of new widgets in few last months."
CONSInAppStory news section is updated not frequently so it's quet hard to be in a line with updates. We know that InAppStory are working on it.

Great tool to increase the engagement rate!

PROSFirst of all, we decided to integrate stories to increase sales, as well as for convenience and benefit for users (to show what new features we implement, to collect feedback, let them play quizzes). At the moment, we are seeing an increase in the session time and sales via stories. Now InAppStory tool are showing stable growth, we will continue to experiment with formats and content. A great tool for informing users. Big thanks to InAppStory team for quick response and integration.
CONSThere is no moments that we dislike. The only thing that we wish to improve is the format of analytic tools.

We embedded InAppStory Stories to BizCen mobile because we caught that our users miss our offers. We have an endless feed, and new results appear every day. With InAppStory, it's easier to select offices relevant for users in the area, customize messages and give more options to see offices inside. Customers can sign up for viewing directly from Stories. InAppStory solution gives us the main – the order. We meet the user in Stories, then he/she goes deeper into selected options.
CONSWe have to download an additional app just for content previewing.

The only in-app Stories solution that has API
We are a data provider, so API is a key for us. We find InAppStory as a great tool for all who are interested in in-app communication with users. The platform has its own dashboard, but we used API for integration.
CONSInAppStory focuses on apps more than on web products.
