  • Pros

  • Great support staff, very friendly and dedicated to helping you find solutions. End user gets a great experience.
  • Ease of use to create surveys. Qualtrics can be picked up easily for basic surveys, can be reviewed and published easily.
  • Cons

  • Difficult to use and administrative burdensome.
  • We found that depending on each individual's (staff) knowledge and experience, some people found it a little bit intimidating.

  • Once I was taught once it was really intuitive the next time I needed to use it. I love that is has different picture option to change up what customers are receiving.
  • My favorite part is that they give you data on the click success. That date helps me write better texts and determine what my customers want to hear about and when.
  • Cons

  • They are a scam and your business will lose revenue.
  • List management sucks and is blocked from the client.
