Ease of use to create surveys. Qualtrics can be picked up easily for basic surveys, can be reviewed and published easily.

Difficult to use and administrative burdensome.

We found that depending on each individual's (staff) knowledge and experience, some people found it a little bit intimidating.

I mostly like how quickly we were able to get surveys created and running. We were able to integrate our solution with Salesforce.

There seem to be endless options for customization of content that you create. You can be super specific with what you want your customer to see or not see.

Good for academic and complex questionnaires but if you are looking for something simple, go with google forms.

Basic data visualization is good for keeping track of the descriptives. Customer support comes at a price though works well if your firm is inclined to make Qualtrics use efficient.

I struggle with the reporting features once a survey has completed. I always manage to stumble my way to them, but I wonder if they could be more conveniently labeled.

Configuring the data set and embedded data can get tricky sometimes so that it displays correctly on the dashboards.

It's been such a comfortable experience using Qualtrics for our surveys.

I also have called their customer support system a couple of times and they have always been super helpful and quick to answer my call.

It is very flexible and very functional with a very user friendly layout to help build better surveys for customers and participants. Building surveys is painless and requires minimum knowledge.

Overall, Qualtrics is an excellent survey tool. It is standard survey tool for market research firms and universities where the aim to collect data using an interactive yet ease to use platform.

The feature set is reasonable for the price point, and analytics go far beyond cheaper or free tools such as Google forms.

They are a scam and your business will lose revenue.

Once I was taught once it was really intuitive the next time I needed to use it. I love that is has different picture option to change up what customers are receiving.

List management sucks and is blocked from the client.

My favorite part is that they give you data on the click success. That date helps me write better texts and determine what my customers want to hear about and when.

Feel totally betrayed and ripped off by your company's policy to hide ad info from your clients so that you can boost charges for numbers you should have flagged and removed.

I like how we are able to easily schedule and connect auto text messaging and actions for our clients. This allows us to do deals and specials through our loyalty program with ease.

Texting and adding points to customers has been great.

We just learned we have been double charged over and over for undeliverable numbers. So instead of clearing out undeliverable numbers, they keep sending and keep charging.

We can also target way more groups now. And the customer service is top notch.

It’s all shiny and pretty but the staff, costumer service is garbage. They are trained scammers.

Overall our experience has been good and we enjoy using it.

We can't write our own texts (compliance, I get it, but I don't like it). We run out of credits and have to pay overages but there is no warning when it is getting close.

I have wasted thousands and thousands of dollars at least with this company over past couple of years and the fact they hide that this is normal for their system is robbery.
