I wish there was a way to exclude certain items from being a part of gratuity on a bill, when you select 20% gratuity or something on a bill. We have wine dinners every month, we sell some of the wine post dinner, and don't charge gratuity on it just the price of the dinner, so we have to do an open gratuity based on many people are on one bill.

This company has good products and promotes aggressively but fulfills and ships very slowly. Sometimes their coupons/deal codes work and sometimes they don't. I keep placing orders and eventually get them,
