Efficy is very flexible, it often offers many different ways to receive your goal. This makes it sometimes difficult for users to explain the steps that have to be taken.

Good value for money and lots of features. Efficy lets you manage your customer relation database extensively.

Sometimes it had error, or page is not updated, or digital signature status has to be refreshed manually.

EFFICY is an excellent CRM because it allows to have a clear vision of the  business.

Very well set up (CRM thinking is in the genes of this product and company). Support is quick and good.

Many to many relations is positively impressive, it can really help you to find the right information at the right place.

Too many choices, the persons that don't work as much with Efficy have problems where to find everything.

They will have everything you need, and if there is a feature missing you can either add some customization.

Great value for money Even though the emphasis of Efficy seems to. Be sales its easily to be used as a document management system by its archtecture and a verh good multilangual support (Dut h!!).

The people behind Efficy are very helpful and dedicated to help us find our way in the new system.

The agenda is its most useful tool, which allows you to create, share and allocate different tasks across different colleagues.

When there is an issue the helpdesk will give you all efforts to give a solid solution. When we know all features and work with the system some more months all the ranking stars will probably be full.

They were always quick to respond and extremely helpful. They made the setup extremely simple and the product is very intuitive and easy to use.

Ease of use, flexibility of the program to cater to our business' needs, and the overall help of all the support staff of Preferred Patron.

Difficulty of creating newsletters, they were not flexible inworking with our needs.

Preferred Patron is a customer loyalty and engagement program designed for companies of all sizes that offers incentive promotions, visitor loyalty management, multi-channel marketing and gift card management functionalities within a suite. The solution is available as a SaaS/Cloud-based program and features a cross-device support, including mobile access.

Preferred Patron features an incentive promotions module that enables users to manage different types of promotions such as cash backs, appreciations, recognitions, referrals and mystery awards.
