As far as i use this tool what i feel is the Initial Configuration is a bit difficult.

It is a completely free software and therefore does not add to the costs to the organisation but rather brings in flexibility in terms of meetings scheduling, makes life easy for the secretariat.

We got one of our requirements customized for free. The best part is that the customer service of this company is excellent.

A simple and highly effective Help Desk for the entire organisation. Great & meaningful features.

In the beginnings was a little difficult to deploy because it require so many elements to put on track the app, but once you do all the processes run smooth and fast.

C-Desk is very user friendly application with bundles of features. Service Request Management' ,  'Survey Forms' and 'Customer Care Portal' are some of the my favorite features.

Helpdesk software is so comprehensive and can work well across multiple departments especially at my workplace where there a several faculties.

I tried it and repent wasting 30 minutes on this.

Ease of installation and use. Has got more customizable option and also many additional features like FTP server to put different documents which can be accessible by the users.

It is a great product overall. Enjoy the interaction and usability.

This is an easy to use application. Its lite version can be accessed by most smart phones.

Meeting schedules becomes easy to manage and there are no clashes as these can be cancelled and rescheduled prior to meeting times.

Easy to Use and the notification is really helpful.

Overall its been great, its answered a lot of our issues in the IT department, and with great customer support its been even easier.

The guides system is in BETA at the moment but is going to be a great module and I am enjoying the process.

A bit difficult to install it if you are new to server, that's all.

Setting up your signature set up takes a long time to get everything just right. Assigning tickets to people or teams/departments can be confusing.

Their fully integrated Knowledge Base system with Client Portal, AMAZINGly advanced filters with grouping.

Work area professional is an extraordinary item to use for organizations and working in a high speed environment. The UI is not difficult to utilize and buyer friendly.

There are a few bugs with the portal and guides area of the system that needs some fine-tuning but overall I have very little complaints.

I like that it can be as customized as you'd like. We branded it ours and are continuously making changes to a lot of the features.

The tool can be customized as per the need and features like live chat, ticket management, reporting make Deskpro a handy product.

The tool is effective, the people are awesome, and for our small company, it's the perfect solution.

It's a tool friendly for end users / agents, I hope to implement son the Customer Service page and the chat.

Deskpro can handle multibrand & multi-language, easy to add dynamic views with filters, overal very nice interface is fun to work with, support from the team at Deskpro is really good.
