One Of the best Service Desk or Helpdesk Product I Have every Seen.

As far as i use this tool what i feel is the Initial Configuration is a bit difficult.

It is a completely free software and therefore does not add to the costs to the organisation but rather brings in flexibility in terms of meetings scheduling, makes life easy for the secretariat.

We got one of our requirements customized for free. The best part is that the customer service of this company is excellent.

A simple and highly effective Help Desk for the entire organisation. Great & meaningful features.

In the beginnings was a little difficult to deploy because it require so many elements to put on track the app, but once you do all the processes run smooth and fast.

C-Desk is very user friendly application with bundles of features. Service Request Management' ,  'Survey Forms' and 'Customer Care Portal' are some of the my favorite features.

Helpdesk software is so comprehensive and can work well across multiple departments especially at my workplace where there a several faculties.

I tried it and repent wasting 30 minutes on this.

Ease of installation and use. Has got more customizable option and also many additional features like FTP server to put different documents which can be accessible by the users.

It is a great product overall. Enjoy the interaction and usability.

This is an easy to use application. Its lite version can be accessed by most smart phones.

Meeting schedules becomes easy to manage and there are no clashes as these can be cancelled and rescheduled prior to meeting times.

I really love the 'universal inbox' way of thinking. One inbox for email, chat, facebook and twitter - a good app to streamline my customer service.

In our case visitors often ask us product questions before signing up and brutally reveal what information our website is lacking, or how our messaging needs a bit of tweaking.

The software allows up to 8 agents  (and more) to engage clients on the Whats-app social media channel.

I was using Zendesk, but Zendesk adds attachments as downloadable links. My customers got confused and couldn't find the 'attachment' is was talking about - because it wasn't actually an attachment.

It's a perfect tool to support customers on whatsapp.

If a reply has been sent, it can't be edited nor deleted. It is greatly affected by slow internet speeds.

Thanks to both the macros and the overview, we handle way more emails in less time. We can also keep track of invoices far more effectively now - rather crucial.

So far so good with all the above positive advantages not even exhausted. I recommend this software, it has helped so much to enable the brand divert it's traffic from the helpline to social media.

It helps to respond to customer queries on the whatsapp channel in real -time.

It's vulnerable to internet connection, once the connection is weak or off, then conversations can not come through as the  device has to synchronize with the software.

Rediciculously fast response time to incoming requests, and a boost in sales, because fast response is a big factor for choosing a software vendor like ourselves.

Initially, listening to audio or videos wasn't enabled but that has been resolved. Plus, we can now view agent statistics instantly.

Customer service was fast and friendly. Really enjoyed this product.

I receive a lot of emails daily, and me and my team weren't able to track who was doing what, and who replied to what. With Casengo, all my email troubles are gone, because of the universal inbox.

There can be some UI improvements. Browsing through cases for examples is not ideal.
