  • Pros

  • I found the guides they have super helpful and the process was painless. I also love the pricing as I've been paying for basic features on Intercom for years now.
  • Chatbot, Live chat, Popup, Triggered message, all in one and all easy to set up. Good numbers of integrations, connect to marketing stack with ease.
  • Cons

  • It doesn't have many must have feature like Twitter, Text(SMS) and Whatsapp integrations. You can block or report abuse any chat.
  • Communication has sadly been one of the poorer elements of Dashly.

  • The solution meets our needs and they continually add new features. For example, the recent addition of Instagram DMs has really been great.
  • Canned response is effective. Simple customer interface.
  • Cons

  • The Mobile App closes each time a chat has been ended and then I will need reopen it which takes a few moments. This is inconvenient when we are busy and dealing with several chats at one time.
  • Although escalations are attended to in a timely manner, there seems to be a time lag in the resolution of such which sometimes lead to service disruption.
