PROSI don't know, nothing special to me. all I actually like is CRM system is neat, and I can edit my status, name, avatar like a mini socical media flatform, its cute and helpfull
CONSeverything, the most is customer service, we have to PAY MORE to get support for training to use Bitrix? why? secondly, I asked for support (problems happens, ex: Marketing seems missing so we cannot send email to customer...etc), i gotta mail to customer service, lucky me, 3 days no answer. I'm not sure, just because my company have used Bitrix for more than 2+yrs so i gotta go along. If it was me, I would never purchase this.

Every business which is looking to connect their staff remotely and is looking into automation of business processes should look into the software.
PROSIt has a CRM, Social Intranet, APIs and a marketplace.We use so many tools and even haven't used all the possibilities it has to offer.From doing calls, messaging, project management, onboarding processes etc.
CONSThey just changed their pricing model and cut their legacy plans even though they promised to locking the offer lifetime.

A platform that is not specialized
I used it for a period of 6 months and it worked quite well for me as an online project manager, however what we needed was a Professional CRM and Bitrix fell short.
PROSI loved that it's the first web project manager I've ever used and its learning curve was pretty short.
CONSBeing a platform that seeks to cover too many things, it does not make it clear what it is really good at and I did not manage to integrate it well into my daily operating flow.

There are problems with using in Japan. (Include Double byte area, I guess)
I love this product very much, but I cannot recommend it in Japan unless the above problems are solved. Missing an opportunity.

CONS1.There are no Japanese fonts available for Bitrix24Doc.2.Reading office files is very slow, perhaps due to regional issues.3.Cannot input 2-byte characters for scrum input.4.Videoconferencing is very unstable.>Due to the above problems, it could not be the main infrastructure of the company.

Bitrix24 transforms immediate searches
Bitrix24 is used as a data center to store information about leads, customers, competitors and as a social network that promotes communication between different areas of the company for the purpose of recording important information. It became our main information system because it has a powerful search tool that makes queries easier and faster. We also use work groups to divide information based on regions or user levels.
PROSIf your business is not very large or complex, the free version is sufficient. It is easy to connect with other programs that automate marketing campaigns. The simplified feature is a great way to share information and communicate with everyone who uses it or just a specific group. Segmentation can be done based on subgroups. The search function is excellent, allowing you to find information previously organized by company or contact.
CONSThe features that take care of managing deals and the sales funnel are more complex than those of other cloud CRM providers. We tried using it initially, but it wasn't what we were looking for. The permissions function is reduced. We tried to identify the type of person who has their own business/contacts in mind, but it was not possible. Sometimes the interface of a system is too complex in certain sections.

My review of Bitrix24
Overall, I highly recommend Bitrix24 to all businesses looking for a comprehensive solution for project management and communication. It is a platform that offers excellent value for money and is easy to use once you understand how the different features work.
PROSWhat I like most about this platform is its ease of use and the variety of its features. The project management function is incredibly useful and allows me to track task progress in real time and collaborate effectively with my colleagues. In addition, the instant messaging feature makes communication easy and allows me to stay in touch with my colleagues.
CONSHowever, I must admit that some advanced features can be complex to use for less experienced users. For instance, the sales management function gave me a hard time. Additionally, the price can be high, which can be a drawback for small businesses.

Easily the best CRM for its price
Bitrix24 is absolutely underrated as a CRM. The features seem a bit complicated at first, until you dive in and see just how sophisticated the entire backend of this software is. It is more customizable than any public software I have used, and I honestly don't want to think about how much time and money I would need to sink into my business structure if it weren't for Bitrix24.
PROSThe fact that you can customize this software like you have a blank slate in front of you is phenomenal. If you can dream up a business process, you can do it with Bitrix24.
CONSCustomer support is limited, and any issues I had (although they were rare) took a while to fix my issue, if they fixed it at all.

Mostly a combination of price and various capabilities that I would have had to manually integrate, whereas Bitrix24 had everything in one place.

Trello was visually great, but had much less functionality for a higher overall price.

Good Product but Poor Service - Definitely not located in USA
I'm a partner, their sales team is in UTC+2 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Support is UTC 8 - 5:30, tech support is UTC+3 8:30 to 5. You have to be awake between Midnight and 4 to get support from them or even a simple response. If a thing doesnt work for their customers they have to goto their partners. and subscribe a paid plan for them to fix it. OTP was working and suddenly stopped working. and Only my account was setup with OTP and not my clients. Client wants to do monthly plan and bitrix wants me to sign them for quarterly plan. Poor ethics. Partners cant sell you one month, they have to sell only 3 months minimum. I lost a client because of my client wanted one month and bitrix wants me to sign them up for three months. there are way better CRMs which will support you in US time zone. Bitrix sales and tech support uses google translator for responding. so if they dont understand what you are saying them, its googles fault. Its lot of hassles, and if you have great customer service you can manage any software. try few other crms and read a lot of reviews before going for bitrix else you will be stuck like my customer after an year half way down deep.

Bitrix24 is a CRM program that can outperform other lead management software in its class. With an all-in-one CRM platform, users can develop and manage leads, manage projects, provide customer support, manage internal communications, and even construct websites. Despite having such an extensive range of services, Bitrix24 offers incredibly cheap costs when compared to other channels, making it easier to develop a skepticism. Offering a set monthly pricing for an unlimited number of customers is also uncommon among small and medium-sized businesses. Like media and social networks, it has an easy-to-use interface. When users register with Bitrix24 CRM, they instantly see the activity stream (Activity Stream) - this feature is similar to the interface used by Facebook. Users can upload files, events, processes and more to share with their colleagues. Finishing the project without explicit directions and being a little picky about the needed stages takes a long time. Furthermore, the Professional package allows for an infinite number of users, allowing Bitrix24 CRM to readily handle quickly developing enterprises. However, it is not well-liked by entrepreneurs. As a result, Bitrix24 is best suited for mid-sized businesses prepared to devote a significant amount of time in studying how the program works and educating staff on how to utilize it. I love Bitrix!
It has been 2 years and as of now, i have not thought to look for any other platform. if ever anything pops up, i consult my service provider, and every time we see that it can be done or added to my existing package. i will give it 5 starts for making my life easier.
PROSMore than 38 modules in one single place make this wonderful. I like that we use it for operations and analysis. The ability to customize even makes it more user accepted.
CONSTook me time to think, however, yes it does need little help when it comes to reports.

PROSBitrix24 is an easy to use software, it allows you to manage the history of contacts or prospects and stored. The communication is unified so everything is managed in one platform such as project and sales management. I recommend it to medium sized companies or those just starting out. Frankly, it has everything you need to get off to a good start.
CONSIt's a good software, but to tell the truth, customer support is limited. Another thing is that the mobile version doesn't include all the features, especially when you're traveling. The server is also slow sometimes.
