Auto Emails not customizable without you knowing HTML coding. No customer service- you have to email anytime there is a problem and there are tons.

It's super easy to use and their team is constantly making updates and releasing new features showing that they are focused on improving the product.

Just very poorly written and designed software. Also just a terrible company to do business with.

One of the things that is a downfall in Mariana Tek is the inability to split a sale. That was the biggest weak spot I found.

All emails come in unsubscribed when you convert from mind body which is a total nightmare. Sales reports are terribly hard to read.

This allows for a consistent experience across web, mobile, backend, etc. Additionally, it's easier to add functionality and for partners to also build integrations.

Amazing onboarding and training. Every question or concern is addressed in a very timely manner.

The interface is pretty and much better client app.

Being able to set booking limits, tagging clients, and having total control over how contracts are used has been amazing.

Customer service is amazing. Their training and ongoing support is great.

API is terrible - every other software they integrate with has data issues due to their API.

The onboarding process, the customer support and the functionality are all superb.

Make you pay thousands to have this software set up.

I love working with the Mariana Tek team. Since they are a smaller company, their focus is on customer service and you can tell.

Requires third party Mailchimp/Mandrill to sent basic transactional emails (reservation confirmed, cancelled, etc) which is insane, no other software requires that and has the basic emails built in.

Best software for wellness company management.

The HORRIBLE ClassPass integration is a much bigger burden than I thought it would be - just this alone would've been a dealbreaker to switch from ZingFit.

If you need to access it on the mobile, the business app is limited to viewing sales and class schedule information.

The software is beautiful, easy to use, self-explanatory, and super robust.

We love Mariana Tek and love working with every individual we have had contact with.

Everything has been easy peasy. And their customer service has been OVER THE TOP, before and through COVID.

Still difficult to find reports and we have to pay for other software for CRM.

The scheduling platform is so easy to use and keep track of lessons, cancellations and no-shows. In a fast-paced industry having a software manage that for you is crucial.

We can also offer things for sale such as items with our logo, instrument supplies, etc. It's also a great way for the students to communicate with each other as they have a built in chat.

I am a person that doesn't like to spend too much time on any device. Teacher Zone allows for automation, ease of use and has insane support for when I have any issues or concerns.

My overall experience has been extremely pleasant. TeacherZone has given me the tools that I need for the small business in order to succeed.

I've also recommended it to multiple performing arts schools who have all had great experiences using it.

Their team is so laser-focused on providing an awesome product and assisting the music lesson community, unlike any other company.

Some things were a little tricky to figure out.

However, they also later reported the errors were corrected.

TeacherZone makes sharing content with parents and student super easy. It's an excellent assist to the classroom and one-on-one teaching sessions.

Overall, Ive got a 8.5 out of 10 experience. The customer service is off the charts, the product is versatile, fun and all in one.

TeacherZone has allowed me as an administrator to focus on developing programs and building up staff. I don't need to worry as much about every day nuisances, I can focus bigger picture.

For instance, there are too many options to use when it comes to making a lesson plan. I'm sometimes not sure where to begin when it comes to making a lesson plan.

The Customer Service is unbelievable. The support staff is always there when you need her.
