  • Pros

  • Easy to use for performance monitoring and easy to manage network operations.
  • They offer a lot of products but they don't always tie together seemlessly. For the features and price this is a good starter tool.
  • Cons

  • Unable to delete SNMP custom trap processor, so in order to test a separate environment is required.
  • SNMP fails in some case may need more integration with MIB library when you require more information despite basic SNMP provide.

  • Next best feature of system center is the ability to integrate with other Microsoft products to give us a fast and flexible updates to our servers at all times.
  • Can generate Querys according to the need of the company. SCCM has its own remote connection system that provides great help at the time of remote technical support.
  • Cons

  • Can be difficult to troubleshoot. Can be expensive and pricing can be confusing.
  • To use the all features on a end devices, you must install the agent of System Center. Without the agent the features are limited.
