The cost was outrageous and it was difficult to use. Training was a nightmare.

The most of a problem was being a little lost at first, but nothing a knowledgeable teacher couldn't explain at my side.

Access is difficult and it is very unintuitive for people who do not use the computer a lot, because programming the rooms becomes somewhat complicated but over time you know how to do it.

Everything was to par and the customer support was amazing.

The support team is responsive and generally able to assist within the first communication. Having a representative I can ask questions to is great and some are better than others.

Unable to set a student preference language into LMS as this is causing some error, fortunately this is not affecting the functionality of the course.

Great learning tool, and once the module has been created gives the learner a greater chance of gaining skills and higher understanding.

I dislike that it doesn't come with more instruction. It does have a learning curve but it's not too hard to figure out.

Oops, learned that one day one by mistake. It's also confusing that Captivate is not the same as Captivate Prime.

Documentation in french is missing or incomplete.

Becomming subject matter experts in fields of their profession. I received a small content edittor which was easy to use and could create rapid content.

Installation process was quite difficult for me.

I love that the software gave me this ability to really design the most interactive and sometimes out of the box e-learning courses.

I liked the simplicity of the tool. I have used the basic FREE version of the software and I was pretty amazed with the possibilities.

I ultimately cancelled because I didn’t want to pay the cost for it.

The entrty level price is a bit steep and no native wordpress integration was a bit of a bummer.

The analytics in Adobe Captivate Prime is helpful. You can customize courses according to as per your own wish.

Adobe did a great job adding great features to the product over the years. From a simple authoring to tool to advanced, this tool has grown to become any content developers' dreams.

This is one of the best available and versatile  Learning Management Systems in the market. Very good option for the employers to arrange for certification programs.

If any data is missing or something seems wrong, delete all the fields and you have to start filling out the entire form again.

I like the integration between Adobe Captivate 2019 and Captivate Prime. It allows you to seamlessly publish to the LMS from Captivate.

The most features that are helpful are the navigation features that help locate easy tasks.

Every time i add a quiz i get a fatal error and it shuts down - very frustrating and despite dealing with your support teams I still havent come right.

The marketing is perfect and helped me choose the right tool to use that will help save time money and effort.

I think Captivate is an amazing but there are enhances that could be made to make the adoption for new users better.

The ability to have 'in product' help for users when using D365 is a big benefit. The support we have received from the organisation has been good and I would recommend this product.

You have several options to delivery the training to your end users. Fantastic support and help from the support and client teams.

The most important value I think is the people who is aroung this product, because they always try to give you an excellent support and help on any need you could have.

We had a problem with the upload of our first big portal (over 7 languages), but got 24/7 support for it. Fortunately, this problem is no longer critical with the new ClickLearn.

The lack of editing functionality if required.

ClickLearn has proved easy to learn, and the text has been easy to translate across multiple languages. When issues have arisen, the support team has been great.

There have been very few issues using ClickLearn, one small frustration (now fixed) was integrating SSO.

There are so many things we love about ClickLearn. The way it integrates into IFS so the users see it as the first thing when they log in to the software.

Using the software allows the documentation of both customer processes and internal processes in a way that is time friendly, cost effective and which also looks amazing in terms of the end product.

Its a very easy and intuitive product to be used. You can save a lot of time for developing training content.

The move from Classic to Attain is a great improvement for the ease of use of the product.

So there is no more different content available in different places.

I think the customer support is very knowledgeable and is great at helping me through any of the nags I have come across.
