I have had a great experience so far. I think out of the many companies I've worked with, the Candu team has provided me with the best customer service. I'm also excited about their roadmap and eagerness to develop the platform according to customer needs.

I like that it allows me to add content blocks to any of my websites and then edit those content blocks outside of my website, through the Candu platform. The idea use case is adding a seat to your Candu account and giving access to an editor or content manager. It allows them to change up the content inside the content block without 1) needing access to the underlying website itself; 2) needing to code anything. I also really like the team and the support. I've had a few hiccups along the way but support got it taken care of very fast. I also am impressed that Candu has so many guides to help me along the way of getting it integrated and everything up and working. I would definitely recommend this product to someone that needed a great no-code web tool.

The only thing I don't really like at the moment is the install process. The Candu website provides a javascript script to enter and in that javascript you have to tag the slug and css id for inserting the content block. It can seem intimidating, but the docs explain it very well. Support helped me out in just a few minutes and I was up and running very fast.

When I first heard about Candu I said to myself "I don't need this". I was so wrong! Out of curiosity, I did a little research to figure out what it did. I discovered that it was exactly what I needed, I just hadn't figured it out. I'm currently building a SaaS backlink manager, and one of the features I have on my roadmap is a checklist with SEO tips. We figured that building the feature would require about 2 weeks of developer time. Well, it just so happens that Candu has a template for checklists that tracks and saves the user's progress. However, I needed a little bit more for my specific use case. I have to track the checklist progress for each domain the user is tracking backlinks for. So, I needed per project tracking, not just user tracking. Fortunately, all I had to do was ask the team at Candu if my use case was possible. They not only replied with the answer I was looking for, then even created a post with my specific question on their knowledge base! I was able to implement the checklist into my SaaS in less than 30 minutes. I saved at least 2 weeks of development time! Now I'm looking into doing a user dashboard, also with the help of a Candu template. Candu is a total no-brainer, especially if you have a use case similar to mine or just want to easily add no-code elements to any website. 10000% recommended!

I was horribly offended as the product failed to deliver on the value as well as on the promise. I would Not recommend anyone to buy or even try this product, the product cant'do anything unlike its name, the only thing it can do is cheat its customers, steer clear ppl. stay safe and dont touch this software even with a bargepole.

Well, they launched as a lifetime deal on appsumo and were very generous with their offer, to the extent that a single code was sufficient for a small business to survive, and the plan included all future updates to their software available for the early adopters, but now, post the refund period, they are going back on their word and expecting the early adopters to pay for every single feature that they release. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is downright arrogant, and even boasts on video that how he cleverly used the appsumo platform to get paid for features that he intended to release for free, plus make the scapegoats pay, this kind of attitude especially from the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] sends all the bells ringing, which would also define the overall ethical make of the company. He also mentions on the video that he made money and got free testers to help identify and iron out the bugs, which helps him improve the product plus by making updates paid, he also gets the same users to pay for upgrades. This is not at all an ethical practice, the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] seems to be more inclined to find loopholes than seriously support the early adopters. feature wise the product is meh.. not worth owning at this point, and has a steep learning curve to the point of tiring. the only reason i got it was hoping that it would get better, but now we are expected to pay for it, so would steer clear of this, get a developer to do it for you, might be cheaper and reliable.

The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] attitude, who after a seemingly good campaign on appsumo, decide to pull the plug on the very users who supported them when they were not even a tool. The software is shoddy, and this is not coming from a place of deceit, try it out, sign up for the free version, it does nothing that you cannot do with a wordpress designer, and well they say you dont need to touch the website, but expect you to embed scripts, like thats a simple thing to do for a non technical guy.

Candu is a no code webpage editor I recently purchased. My base web application is Wix, and Candu is somewhat similar in several respects, easy and smooth. Moreover, one can create a ‘Style guide’ with standardized fonts and aesthetic patterns. Well, the greatest forte of Candu to my mind is Personalization. One can create user defined segments of users based on their traits as well as their actions on our website. Each segment can thereby be shown tailored content. This can have several use cases right from marketing, offers, retention, user logged in dashboards and much more. I am excited to understand what sweets are coming up on Candu’s roadmap. My favorite one is integration with CRM. That might mean ability to personalize at an individual user level (if my understanding is right).

Candu has a slight learning curve involved (you can’t expect to get productive on it from the first hour!) but the upsides are manifold. I look forward to uncovering more and more in Candu and the business benefiting from it.

I've been looking for the perfect onboarding tool and Candu is the outstanding solution for me. I love the easy onboarding that Candu gives you when you first setup your account because it helps walk you through setting up your own walkthroughs. It was very easy to get my account set and being able to set up multiple workspaces is an awesome feature. If you are looking for an onboarding too that can help you get started quickly and easily, then Candu can do it for you for you.

Although I love the option of having a community, if it was built with Circle, I would love for the Community Switcher to be turned on so I can switch between communities build with Circle.

Candu violated the #1 rule for running lifetime deals. Do not take users money and then lock them into legacy plans that don't update with the latest features. I absolutely hate companies that do this and any company that does should go out of business.

It was cool until they revealed that they were fundamentally a shady company.

Candu ran a lifetime deal to raise money to build their product on Appsumo. They had many users purchase the product, guaranteeing future updates. Then they put everybody who purchased the Appsumo plan on a legacy pricing plan and refused to give access to new features.#1 bad business practice for any company that ran an Appsumo campaign. Highly recommend not engaging with such a company.

I am looking for an application that can attract the attention of website visitors to run campaigns advertising services. There are many apps out there to create different types of pop ups, but Candu is really different. - You can create a variety of content, with an unlimited number of designs, the limit is only your imagination - You can manage all the content in just one application, and use that content on many different websites - Just an embed code, no need to interfere with the website design code or worry about ruining the original design - You can create content to work such as: advertising, instructions, customer care, user information collection, information display for each object... I am very satisfied when using Candu, its benefits far outweigh the money I spent to buy it if compared to other far inferior products.

As a marketer, I had great ideas for optimizing the website, but without much knowledge of coding, it was extremely difficult to implement my ideas. Candu solves this problem by allowing me to add any widget to my website via embed code.

The Candu provides a means to be able to utilize all the tools necessary for non-developers to create their own blocks. It's amazing to build widgets without having to code.

I don't have anything that I dislike so far, but I hope that they add more widgets to play around with.

I have been able to add extra content to a self-hosted LMS, their integration made this not so complicated. I also added a checklist to my members' site and it was a great addition.

The fact that you could add content on platforms that would normally require a developer or programmer for that. They have some useful ready-to-use blocks and examples. The dashboard is very modern and intuitive.

In general is not easy to use at all. Documentation could be improved. Not many tutorials (this is that kind of solution that could definetely use tutorials to help clients)

Ease of use, simple clean user interface and small learning curve. We can start using the tool immediately.

Its still rather new so the template library is not very extensive but they are adding new templates from time to time.

Happy. Give me a solution more than I expected rather than just beautiful onboarding. They allow me to embed videos like we can selling video courses using just these tools. Hope you guys can grow big!

I'm rarely make a long review, but you guys really deserve it. Thank you for letting me in after the appsumo deals are over. Really appreciate it. First of all, the most I like with Candu is its capability to create dashboard onboarding without coding and can embed it into another saas. I'm running a small agency with no good coder. We were always not satisfied with our programmer work, or our freelancer work. Yeah, I can't do anything since I cannot do some coding, and takes time to do revision. We always struggle to create a beautiful dashboard in an effective way, struggling for years, then came Candu to my face. In first time use, I love the UI they have, so simple. Their block system and drag and drop builder are easy to understand. For design matters, the key is if you can maximize the configuration for padding, growth, shrink function, you can almost create anything with these tools as you want. Do not need to worry again to the unresponsive section. Haha.! In this case, you can create the most epic onboarding dashboard using these tools. Really impressive. Their support is really patient explain to me while I'm learning this. So in conclusion, what I like the most: - Simple impressive Builder - Blocking system - Great community - Always updated - Good customer service, thank you, [SENSITIVE CONTENT]!

The first time I see these Candu, I'm not sure what is these tool. A common website builder? Their video introduction is funny and good. But for a no coder like me, it's hard to understand the first time What is this tool?? What these tools can do? For me, they try to tell me, this is a tool for no coder. But the way they explain to me, is not quite simple. Even for the tutorial, I'm trying to read the docs, a lazy man like me usually just want to search some keyword I want to know, such as "how to use in my website", but surprisingly there are no search function in their docs. Hope they will add such a feature soon. What I least about this software: - No search function on docs - No mobile preview - Their docs explanation for no-coder like me need to be upgraded. If you aim for no coder guy, you need to do something with your explanation. In my opinition. - Customer service responses take hours.

Terrific support and lots of use cases makes it easy to get the hang of. Before Candu, we were using a competing product and it was not nearly as flexible. It also posed technical problems that we don’t have with Candu.

Great customer support and response time. I could not really figure out the integration part. It took one Zoom call with Candu and they walked me through it.

The whole thing with javascript, tagging the slug, and css id was a bit too much for me but I got the help I needed. But compared to the problems we had with other products, Candu was a piece of cake.

I bought their product on Appsumo where they offered all future updates, but now that I can't refund, they mentioned that they won't be including future updates. Therefore I am not sure if this company can be trusted since they change their conditions from one day to another and basically used us

The onboarding process was simple and straightforward. Using the drag and drop tools was intuitive and did not have any glitches. The Chrome extension is a really great feature. It lets me preview what it will look like.

It is seamless with the product. Everything that I have created looks like the dev team made it. There is a branding style guide you set up that automatically makes everything on brand.

I would like to see it support more use cases, like having a feature to support multi steps UI changes. I am also hoping for some integrations with CRMs like HubSpot to pull in my customer data. They just released an iframe feature which is a good way to manage in the meantime to collect newsletter signups.

A good tool also needs good support, and Candu definitely has that! I have never experienced such a caring and warm support as [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team offer. My problem was solved within a few days (together) and there were no problems at any point. It was even fun chatting with them, it was just a really great feeling and I felt understood and not left alone.

Candu is super intuitive to use and I found my way around the dashboard very well after a short time. You can really implement almost everything you imagine or you can make it easy and just choose one of the prefabricated templates and customize it as you like.

There's nothing there, but new features are always something great.

Working with many clients, all on different CMS systems, some bespoke and others with restricted access, Candu allows for fast and easy installation for a myriad of widgets and functions, with amazing speed. The UI is clean and easy to follow from the start and they have a wealth of knowledge for you to learn from, as well as use cases and tutorials. Really looking forward to diving more into this platform.

Love the clean UX, and ease of use. The adittion of the chrome plugin to easily see what the widget would look like on any site is a fantastic bonus. Makes designing and testing much easier.

Their sales page was a little confusing. Wanted more examples, less banter.

This is perfect for our white labeled app that lets us use custom javascript inside the app. Candu makes it easy to allow us to put announcements of new features & checklists directly inside the app and make our white labeled app seem more custom.

The initial onboarding and experience is confusing. You'll need a developer's help to get it set up, but once you've got it set up, it's really awesome and simple to use for everyone else in the company.

I always have huge delays relaying information to my programming team and the frequency I need to update, or segment, notification and onboarding changes would be unreasonable for them to do. This allows quick changes the way I need it!

It's still a new product so there are a few glitches here and there, but nothing major that I've noticed so far and the customer service is always very responsive. I see this going places in the future!

Candu has many beautiful and ready to use UI templates as well as real time preview of my website.

The add on block to my site make my site loading speeding slow down but still acceptable.
