Fast way to make training videos that used to take me hours to make. This integrates well with Lessonly which our  company has been using to onboard clinicians across our company.

Iorad is a useful and innovative tool that gather the following pros in my opinion. Easy to use, to manage, to learn.

It even lets you type the instructions and the system will turn it into voice instructions. But most importantly the customer service and tech support is GREAT.

I'm not sure I'm a fan of the new UI panel. When you accidentally delete a tutorial, there is no recovery.

Both the ability to use the link and the embed. The audio is also very nice to use.

Their customer service is very responsive and they send me emails updates on new features.

FRUSTRATING - Even writing this review is impossible. Filled everything out - not accepting it.

When we went to remote learning due to COVID 19, the great quality of the tutorials made the student's learning of the material easy & effective.

Sometimes, the screen captures look a little strange. Other times, it doesn't capture a click.

Easy and seamless integration that allows us to recreate multiple guides, simulators and sandbox training environments for our personnel to learn and practice as much as needed.

Overall, the value for the price of iorad makes it a no-brainer. Highly recommend for the value it brings, ease of use, low learning curve, and prompt customer service.

Integration cuts the size of the slides sometimes. Embedding can get complicated with the change of the UI.

Using iorad has been a time and cost saver from me and my company. Letting us document our best practices and general processes in a very detailed and clear way.

I loved that I could make a solid click-through tutorial or how-to for our staff.

I love that it automates making trainings in the way people learn, video, interactive, reading. This use to take hours to create trainings that fit this.

I use iorad in the help article for our clients and for internal training. The clients love it, and it is used as an example to the quality of the self-hep part of the software.

Also, the ease of Exporting and Sharing tutorials to clients is a big plus.

They answer very quickly and have been very helpful. They also get bugs fixed very fast.

It does not let you reorder the steps or combine two tutorials into one. Sometimes editing a step can be frustrating if you want to change where to click.

Overall everything has worked great. Our clients love the step by step tutorials as they’re easy to follow and read.

Tags are OK but when you get a few hundred tutorials it get messy.

Better yet, is the LIVE function, where a user can see prompts to guide them click by click through a process in real time on the site.

They have also made great improvements in the library making it easy to find simulations.

Love how quick and easy it is to create tutorials right from the browser add-on.

It's easy to use and the UI was clean, modern and fit in with our own UI nicely. We have a multi-tasking B2B application and really needed this.

The people building the userlanes are frustrated that failures are more easily identified and that the process to fix can at times be complicated to rectify and recreate the issue.

No pricing model for starters with only a few end-users. No downloadable analytics reports (but coming soon).

Overall, I've really enjoyed Userlane. Our partners are always so excited to see that we have interactive tours available to them.

Soon enough we were signed up with Userlane and were assigned a brilliant Customer Success Manager that was on call to help us through any hurdles and questions that we had.

We're also able to send out deep links via our support team to allow users to not only go to the right page in the app, but also to trigger a specific guide to help them, which is a great feature.

Customer support is great as well. It helps our customers make better use of our software.

It really helps to rais user adoption and the way and quality of system usage. From an admin perspective ist also easy to use and the journey building is a lot of fun.

The only difficulty, for me personally, is the lack of knowledge in programming which will come in a later stage.

This has helped us to improve the User Experience and significantly reduce the amount of customer support required. Working with the Userlane team has always been easy, fast and efficient.

Very effective software for teams who want to accelerate their user onboarding. Well designed with good UX and UI.

We had a problem once with a box blocking access to a menu. Userlane offers the opportunity to move boxes and speech-bubbles around if the system doesn't place them correctly.

We receive support and guidance always from the same customer success manager and she's doing a great job.

It's been a very positive experience from the very first engagement with their team through to the monthly success calls I have with their team.

But in that specific case, every position was basically bad. We had to schedule a call with support to solve the problem.

At least at the start, we had a really responsive and helpful Customer Success person. Their team has also done a good job reaching out to us for feedback.

It was intuitive and quick to deploy. We launched the application 6 weeks ago and now we are carefully monitoring the analytics to ensure that it is used as expected.

Intuitive to use and easy adoption, customer friendly design, continuously new feature (announcements, search function). Dashboard functions are very helpful to see the customer experience.
