In all my dealings with the VisualSP staff I have experienced nothing but responsiveness, technical expertise, helpfulness, and a willingness to make each implementation successful.

Not so much to do with the product, but the training space is so broad with so many teams involved and so many products available, that it's hard to get buy in.

Easy to use and navigate, content is top quality.

This tool has helped support staff in answering the burning questions they had about Microsoft and reduced the cost and time spent creating IT Support Tickets through the IT Support Portal.

Initial Integration with Dynamics is easy to install as it is simply a plug-in on the browser. Contextual and Onboarding-specific help items are great.

VisualSP will help reduce the cost of time spent supporting users within Microsoft 365, being able to use the resource else where to improve other services in the organisation is a plus.

I love that I can create my own help items as needed, create or incorporate help items into a SharePoint widget, and make my own walk-throughs.

The implementation of VisualSP can be tricky for those who have not done it before.

Recently they added free monthly account reviews where they go over your VisualSP stats and work with you to reach your goals. The value for the money keeps adding up year after year.

The team at VisualSP is very helpful and makes themselves easily available to assist. The software is intuitive.

I love the fact that I have the information at my fingertips at all times.

Again, not to the fault of Iridize, but we nonetheless did have these issues. Regardless of fault, CEO spent countless hours with me to make Iridize operational.

There are some quirks with the guide designer. Nothing major but sometimes it gets tricky to achieve the results you are shooting for.

We had a couple hiccups with our Salesforce implementation, which was not to the fault of Iridize. We had an unstable platform that was constantly being changed around.

These guides driven by the actual support emails, reduced the number of tickets and support emails received enabling an increase of Revenue per Client Success Manager.

Finally, they do a great job of training and provide a solid knowledge base for their product.

Ease of use, amazing support, out-of-the-box solutions and continuous development directly connected to market demands.

OR, the cheaper alternatives required coding experience. Iridize was literally the perfect balance of reasonable pricing, ease of use, and feature-rich.

Flexibility and customer support are amazing. You can include different types of media in the Iridize help tab which allows us to use it for purposes beyond providing guided walkthroughs.

When you have a javascript reader trying to locate an element you selected, and it changes overnight, Iridize no longer picks up that element and you need to fix it.
