  • Pros

  • This tool has helped support staff in answering the burning questions they had about Microsoft and reduced the cost and time spent creating IT Support Tickets through the IT Support Portal.
  • It is a great tool for looping people into SharePoint. Whether they're power users or beginners, they can benefit from Visual SP.
  • Cons

  • Not so much to do with the product, but the training space is so broad with so many teams involved and so many products available, that it's hard to get buy in.
  • The implementation of VisualSP can be tricky for those who have not done it before.

  • Great Team that goes the extra step to help, train, and keep everything seemingly perfect for their clients clients.
  • The tool is easy to use and the Iridize team is wonderful to work with. Very supportive and responsive.
  • Cons

  • Again, not to the fault of Iridize, but we nonetheless did have these issues. Regardless of fault, CEO spent countless hours with me to make Iridize operational.
  • There are some quirks with the guide designer. Nothing major but sometimes it gets tricky to achieve the results you are shooting for.
