Easy in house marketing
The sales, set up, and customer service have all been excellent

Robust Digital Menu solution with expanded features
Great experience with the implementation and support from Raydiant staff
PROSIt was easy to setup and implement with just a short training session from the vendor. We were able to get our integrated menus up and running quickly.
CONSI wished the integrated POS menu features had more options to incorporate design features within the menu.

Poorly ran company
A nightmare, I had a 49.00 per month prescriptions, in the last 2 months the they charged me 147.00, 98.00 and 147.00 this is in a 30 day span, they did this too my account no notification just unexplained charges and can not reach customer service.

Great Product! Needs Help in the Customer Service Department
I love the Raydiant product, but really dislike their customer service (or lack thereof). It is impossible to reach a live person, and their 'Account Managers' do not answer their phones or emails.
PROSI love the ease of use with this software. Literally plug-and-play and very easy to configure and set up.
CONSThe software is sometime glitchy, but nothing a refresh of your web browser won't resolve.

Adds professionalism and "pop" to your displays
I use Raydiant every week. Content is easy to create and playlists are quick to assemble. This is such an easy product to use and has really helped us create and share information with our customers.
PROSThere is a lot of content already available to quickly create amazing displays that draw the eye of our customers. We run ads for programs, memberships, info-graphics, and more and I can usually create the screens in under 15 minutes.
CONSSometimes the TVs lose connection to the hub and things have to be reset. It's easy to do, but still is annoying at times.

We wanted a product that could do more and was easier to use.

I have been using Raydiant TV Sticks in my restaurant to display our Toast menu boards and DS Link menu boards, and I must say, they have been a game-changer. This not only saves us time and effort but also ensures that our customers are always presented with the most accurate and up-to-date information.Furthermore, the customer support provided by Raydiant has been outstanding. Whenever we have encountered a question or issue, their team has been quick to respond and resolve the problem. Their dedication to ensuring that their customers have a positive experience is truly commendable.In conclusion, Raydiant TV Sticks have revolutionized the way we display our menus in our restaurant. CONSWe have no experienced anything negative so far. If I could be picky about any 1 thing the price is a little high. At $40 per device per month we try to be strategic on how many we utilize. However, the time savings each device offers back to us easily makes up for the fee.

Raydiant has been a great solution for our organization!
Raydiant allows us to post events and information that is easily seen by our staff and customers. I love that we can post photos, videos and information that we want to be seen when we want to see it.
PROSRaydiant is very easy to use and configure. I love that I can manage it from anywhere and it is very simple to make changes when needed.
CONSThere are times that the devices lock up and need to be rebooted. Because they are not in easy to reach places we have started putting them on timed outlets so that they can be rebooted automatically without needing to get ladders out and fit our hands behind the screens.
Reason for choosing Raydiant
I don't recall the other solutions that we looked at... but Raydiant was the only one that met our needs that we could afford.

The #1 Key Tool for Sales Engagement
As I've stated, this tool has changed the game in our team's performance and engagement. Teams have the choice to log in an self inspect. Raydiant removes that choice and motivates teams to continuously strive and succeed. Also, I'd be remissed if I didn't highlight how amazing their customer success is. I've managed quite a few vendor relationships and Raydiant stands apart. Whether it's needing some quick instruction via call or a question sent over via email - solutions are almost immediate and extremely clear.
PROSRaydiant has helped us stimulate our teams and create a results driven culture. I've also seen huge improvements with process adoption and the ability to capture accurate and desirable results simply because broadcasting fuels the user's to follow key processes so they show up on the board! It's really a win-win across all impacted business units. A favorite from our teams are the celebrations and challenges, the days get very active with those two features!
CONSI'm very satisfied with Raydiant. If I'm looking for something to put here, I'd have to nit pick. When adding an extension to a teams chat, it would be nice if that triggered the display to pop up in a window instead of directly in the application.

Raydiant boosts the excitement level when their alert goes off
Raydiant recognizes when sales development representatives on our team take one step closer to their goal/quota and when they hit their goal. It also allows for the SDR to show their personality by picking their own song.
PROSIncreases the energy level on the team and the excitement when a team member gets a sale and their video that they picked goes off for the whole team to see and recognize.
CONSWe have 10 screens on in our sales department and it's tough getting them all synced up at the same time when an alert goes off. If that could be rectified, that would be a nice touch.

Spectacularly simple and user friendly
Raydiant is so great to work with! I’ve needed minimal help but they are really good at helping to sort out any issues.
PROSThis is a smooth easy to understand, and simple to modify/edit, platform with just enough bells and whistles.
CONSI’ve only once had a problem with hardware and it was addressed and corrected promptly. I got through to a person quickly and my new hardware was in my mailbox the next day.

Game changing software for our retail stores
Great experience, wish we had ran into them sooner.
PROSRaydiants technology has been game changing ... our retail space has improved in more ways than one. We have been able to educate our clients, have virtual trunk shows,display and promote our new arrivals. We can attribute an increase in sales of 5-7 % .

We have five screens in our store since 2021.
All of our screens are working 24 hours. There were a few problems, but the technical support was responsible and helpful. My account is connected to Postermywall, and it is easy to use and upload with lots of resources. It's definitely a good choice.

What I love about my screen signage
