Pros:

OptiSigns are so easy to use and our employees love seeing themselves displayed on every TV! Communications are not getting missed as much because of OptiSigns which was the #1 goal!

Cons:

I still do not have a single thing that I dislike about OptiSigns. If there was one thing I HAD to change, it would be the location/set up of how to change the seconds each slide is set to. It was a little challenging to find at first.

Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience with OptiSigns. It helped us modernize communication throughout our business and made digital signage much easier to manage. Pros:

OptiSigns is very easy to set up and manage, even across multiple screens. The interface is clean, scheduling content is straightforward, and it supports a wide variety of apps and media sources. It made it simple for us to keep displays updated throughout our facility without needing dedicated hardware or complicated software.

Cons:

The hardware options could be expanded a bit more, especially for smaller desktop style displays and black colored units. We ended up using some third party hardware that worked but was a little finicky at times. The software itself has been solid, but having more polished first party hardware options would make the experience even better.

OptiSigns offered the best balance of ease of use, pricing, and flexibility. Some alternatives felt overly enterprise focused or required more complicated hardware setups. OptiSigns worked well across different devices and was simple for our team to manage day to day. The scheduling tools, app integrations, and overall user experience felt more approachable while still offering the features we needed for a growing business.

Great Digital Signage Option - Simple Setup and Reliable Performance

Overall OptiSigns has worked very well for our organization. From the simple setup process to the extensive capabilities provided I've been able to get our digital displays and signage running smoothly and reliably. It would be great if there was a bit more segmentation with the template offerings and more assisted design capabilities, but overall OptiSigns is a good value for the monney and works reliably.

Pros:

I am very happy with OptiSigns across the board. It is super simple to implement and get screens up and running in minutes and runs very well and reliably. Other solutions I have used tended to encounter problems with content after periods of operation but OptiSigns just keeps working continuously. I also appreciate the support for displaying a very wide range of content and controls to manage it's display. I'm glad we switched and plan to deploy more screens using OptiSigns.

Cons:

There are areas that could be improved quite a bit. The user experience/interface is in significant need of a redesign. The interface is very plain and does not really highlight how great the capabilities and service are. While they have a significant number of template options, a lot of the designs are repetitive or similar designs. The design process can be a bit overwhelming.

Template and third-party integrations were very important as well as the design tools but the simplicity and reliability were the critical reasons

Cons:

Nothing. We have not had any issues with OptiSigns what-so-ever. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Flexible and expandable signage system that WORKS

Overall, my experience with OptiSigns has been a good one. The platform has given us a flexible and relatively easy way to manage digital signage, and it has been significantly easier to work with than the legacy system (Bright Sign) it replaced. While there have been some learning curves with scheduling and advanced display configurations, the system has proven reliable and adaptable for day-to-day operations. After fighting the small blue signage box fit a year, we added to our existing OptiSigns set up their video wall system and had that working again after a year of malfunctioning with Bright Sign.

Pros:

The flexibility and ease of deployment has been a godsend. We were able to replace an aging digital signage system and now can remotely manage content across multiple displays, and have implemented a functioning video wall without requiring extensive outside support. For a nonprofit facility with multiple partners and varied operational needs, that flexibility has been valuable.

Cons:

A number of the functions are less intuitive than they could be. We experienced challenges with assigning schedules to specific screens, interpreting scheduling settings, and troubleshooting inconsistencies between uploaded and streamed content. While we were ultimately able to resolve the issues, the process was one that I wouldn’t wish on someone less determined to figure it out.

Cons:

No concerns were raised during first weeks of use, the only thing that comes to my mind is that the charger cable length was fairly standard and we had to find an extension.

Incredible Value for Digital Kiosk

Pros:

OptiSigns solved a big problem for me! I am a vendor at my local America's Antique Mall and I wanted to add digital advertising to my booth. I installed a 24" Amazon fire TV which allows me to create my content at home for the sign at my vendor space. Now, shoppers can see my instagram feed and ads and announcements for my participation in local art shows and for my other photography services. Since I am not at the store as much, this is a game changer and my sales at my booth have also increased. The pricing is inexpensive, I have had great support and it performs flawlessly.

Cons:

Nothing! Everything was great! I don’t n so what I would add to improve the experience. No complaints!
