We initially just needed a simple display to show our call queues for our Reservations call centre, but after playing with the various settings, I can see we’ll be using it for so much more. Pricing is spot on for what we receive. We’ve only had to use one device so far, but I’ll be demoing it for our Marketing team soon, so I can see we’ll be buying more. Support from the website is great, and because everything is intuitive, I haven’t come across any roadblocks yet. I haven’t explored all the AI / Intelligence features yet—there’s been no call for them so far but it's early days—but who knows what we’ll use the smart features for next. I can certainly see us using these integrations as recently we've started using Claude and and CoPilot, perhaps when we roll these out to our stores we'll investigate using the Audience intelligence features to see how much of an impact our designs have. For day-to-day operations, the Playlist Management and Screen Management features are smooth—scheduling content to play at specific times on specific displays is super intuitive. We also get great use out of the app integrations for Communication and Messaging, like setting up social feeds, news, and custom notices. When you consider everything it can do, the Value for Money is fantastic. #### Cons It’s overall a solid product, but if I had to nitpick: Some of the pre-made templates could offer a bit more design flexibility if you want total control over layout details. If you're setting up a massive network of screens where every single display needs a unique local schedule, setting them up individually can take a bit of repetitive clicking. Got started in minutes. Many apps available for different uses. Allows us to show customers new items and promos at the counter. #### Cons The only downside for me so far has been the per-screen cost.
