Easy to create different content for different GROUPS of audiences. Helps to bring together different functionalities (e.g. top down messages and communities) in the same place.

GSuite integration, ease of use and set up. Overall functionalities.

Maybe it's a cultural thing, but I am frustrated with their customer service and turnaround time for a ticket.

I also love the permissions features. Managing content is also a breeze with the permissions workflow and the timing features on content are wonderful.

We can have a social media internally, as not everyone in organization connected in their personal social media like facebook/linkedin. Plus, we can integrate our g suite directly with Lumapps.

Lumapps reminds me a lot of Facebook in its design and some functions. I as a user am used to (or spoiled with) the speed and power in Facebook,  which Lumapps lack.

Love making and migrating our sites to lumapps pages. They are more user friendly and helpful.

As an administrator, I love how easy it is for end-users to use and navigate.

The engineering team is good and they listen to customers needs and do their best to act upon them.

It helps easily and fast distribute company information and the directory feature is nice and useful.

A few confusing features and somewhat limited in the UX.

Collaborative work is possible with this system, something very important in companies, and also has a nice image and potential uses.

The editor is horrible, the search is useless, It doesn't autoscale to your resolution, support is non-existent, you cannot tag groups or individuals on posts. MySpace would be an upgrade over this.

They have been a great company to work with, and the product just works, always. In the rare case that there's an issue, the support team at Lumapps is awesome.

But the implementation consulting firm you forced us into was horrible, disappointing and they are just plain bad at their jobs.

LumApps can be difficult to wrangle under control because of the feature set. There are so many things to configure, manage, customise, adjust, and create that it can be tough to know where to focus.

In our case, we have 7 UA codes and 2 GTM codes on Lumapps and the technicians don't know where they come from. The analytics from Lumapps is also really poor.

The powerful search functionality make it's easy to find information and the clean UI makes it visually pleasing and engaging.

There is really nothing about Simpplr that I can complain about.

Does not work if the internet is down, and we still have problems that have not been worked out by the company.

Simpplr was implemented fairly easily thanks to their great onboarding and support teams. Our employees have adopted it and it has became the one-stop-shop for any company news.

Simpplr's implementation and support teams are outstanding.

Ease of use, analytics, search and speed at which users can be successful with the tool and end user adoption.

Simpplr has brought a greater sense of cohesion and community to our company, and that was so important in these unusual times.

There's no way we could have done this so quickly with another application (I'm looking at you Australia).

Simpplr's rapid publishing and editing ability is fantastic.

In the aforementioned administrative issue I suffered, I would periodically receive error messages when attempting to publish.

The mobile app is also very easy to set-up and our team can have access to all the content and contacts on the go. We love the Box.com integration too.

I would highly recommend Simpplr for someone who is focused on search capabilities that integrate with SharePoint and has a very social culture.

Overall, we are highly satisfied with the product. It's simple to use and the phone applications are super intuitive.

It integrates with our other systems and the integration with Box.com makes it simple to share information without duplication.

The implementation process was excellent and ensured our success upon launch.

The Simmplr platform has provided us a way to easily and quickly make updates and disseminate them to staff. Plus it's a visually appealing and engaging system that many staff enjoy using.

My other favorite feature are the analytics that are simple to use and understand. Analytics hold the key to understand our audience and keep improving our intranet site.

I get the feedback fro users that they have trouble finding info. The content menu bar is a bit too discrete.

User friendly platform that promotes org-wide communication and knowledge management.

The only downside to the tool is the limited functionality of the page creation.

It's easy for my IT team, it's easy for our content creators and it creates an engaging beautiful experience for our users.

From there, it was very straightforward. The interface feels very modern and as easy to use as my favorite social networks.
