I like that the EaseUS Todo Backup is easy to use, just like the name says. It works quickly and backs up onto my external hard drive.

I have take backup of my c partition of important files then format my pc after the format complete. Again install EaseUS Todo Backup software and backup all the files.

I've been looking for a backup program that is reliable as found Window 10 backup not so. I found the software easy to install and understand it's operation.

It works, it has a nice interface and is fairly lightweight. Backs up to google drive which is really handy.

Plus it fits the budget. Our customers love it and we recommend it all the time.

I liked the GUI was easy to navigate, and was able to find exactly what I was trying do with ease.

Extremely easy to use for its price its really good. Customer support has live chat which really helps.

The backed up data on the external drive were corrupt and i lost everything. I was very disappointed to lose my data and that i saw that this seemingly good made program was flawed.

EaseUS Todo Backup is one of my favourite backup tools as it is extremely easy to use whilst maintaining quality numerous functions.

It's easy to install, it's easy to configure, it's easy to use, and it's fast.

For most users with basic backup requirements (simple folder or whole PC backups) ToDo backup would perfectly suit their needs.

The ads to buy the software are annoying. It runs in the background and can bog down your pc.

For single users, this is an excellent fully featured free backup utility. It works effectively and efficiently and you cannot argue with the cost.

The only thing I find odd is the lack of information when a backup fails.

Searched for a product that was easy and inexpensive. We came across this and we absolutely love it.

Very good interface, clean and easy to understand and setup. All the needed modes for backup options are available.

The interface itself is very user friendly with your main options stacked in a column on the left side of the gui. The main user backup options are partition, system, file, and email.

Great software and I am only using the free version.

Best tool when you need to upgrade a machine to an SSD or a larger SSD.

The proprietary software seems to trump over the boot process of Windows 10 which had the effect of making the backup stuck and unusable.

The user interface is self explanatory and it's easy to navigate around. Customer support is great and was very helpful with my question.

Does exactly what you need- backs up your PCs, and has plenty of options on how to do this. Gives me great peace of mind that I'm covered.

Overall, my experience with SmartDeploy has been pretty positive. Their support team is very quick to answer and it was easy to get in touch with them when I was having connectivity issues.

I haven't seen anything I don't like about the product. No annoyance or instances that will scratch my head.

Lack of documentation/training for folks newer to image creation/SmartDeploy software. Have had issues installing the SmartDeploy application on secondary machines in the past.

SmartDeploy is a great time-saver for us as we deploy many new machines company-wide.

Given instructions (Video and Documentation) very clear and straight forward. Support for WDS integration.

Lack of reporting features...which  they are starting to add.

Overall, I would recommend SmartDeploy to any IT professional as they have helped us with saving hours of IT overhead, saving costs and it's ease of use.

That is what we like most about this product, but there are a plethora of other items that has made SmartDeploy a huge success.

The support documentation is great and if needed, you can always reach out to their amazing support team.

Lack of documentation regarding differencing images.

Product has a great 'trial' period to get the know the features very well. Was easy to use, works well and cost was reasonable.

This software allows me to customize my install packages for each type of PC I am deploying to an end user. The Driver package integration is excellent.

Do not take this as a negative comment because this is no fault of SmartDeploy that my company named the domain in an unconventional manner.

I haven't had many problems with it. If you don't type everything in correctly in an answer file it can cause issues but that's more of a user error than a software issue.

Its just so easy and powerful, such a joy to use.

Ease of use is by far the best thing about this product. From start to finish, continued use and alterations, it's just so simple.

Customer Service is super helpful. The software itself is excellently integrated to allow you to install and deploy as you would like to any PC you would like.

The best features are the ability to quickly setup all components necessary for imaging your systems easily.

Only need 1 golden image and just pick a driver package. I really like the cloud storage integration.

License count is an area that I struggle with.

I like that I do not have to create a machine first for sysprep rather I can create the VM and I can deploy. The timing is fast in just 17 minutes your image is on your machine deployed and ready.

Support has been really responsive and the how-tos surprisingly helpful. Although not 100% intuitive, the interface is easy.

Ease of use, Most Drivers updated automatically and the Imaging feature is very user-friendly.

What I like most about SmartDeploy is the ease of use.

The major cons I have with it is that it often conflicts with antivirus software and drivers do not always apply or are available.

Customer service is AMAZING. The simplicity one everything is setup and functioning.

Support has been very quick to help with any questions along the way. The cloud deployment was very slow when I set it up last year.
