Nothing is intuitive, not flexible or user-friendly. You learn through trial & error the correct way to set things up to get the results you need.

I'm not the most tech-oriented so it is relatively easy to use and intuitive. This software is very robust and we don't use it to its full capacity but would like to use more of its capability.

Using the software has been difficult simply because it's a huge program that tries to do everything and as a result, it feels awkward and hobbled together.

It has a lot of features and integrates job data into the general ledger. Support staff are always available.

Our experience has been great. This is a great system to help organize and build your operation into the future.

It is solid and performs as it should. Advantage make continuous helpful updates so it is relevant.

Things just seemed overly complicated and the software wasn't optimized for Mac users so it was sometimes difficult to use.

Overall - I enjoy the interface from AdRoll and find it really easy to get campaigns out and running.

IT has been great due to the simple features and use. No technical or training required.

Customer service is always there and although it can take a while to explain (as is pretty common) they are very helpful.

I invested about 10k into this platform, and came to the conclusion it's a total loss. I'm trying to make the most of it, and I asked for a partial refund, but they wouldn't entertain that at all.

It is very easy to set up and start a retargeting camping. It integrates easily with Shopify.

For the past 6 months of using it, we're impressed. There are a lot of possibilities for advertising and we can choose the ones to use depending on our targets and goals.

Sometimes the auto-created ads are formatted weird, and you can't reposition the image. Also, it's not intuitive to add UTM tags to all ad URLs.

It does not capture the lead information. API integration is difficult too.

I originally liked how you can use BuiltWith to compile a targeted list, and then use their somewhat smart email system for cold outreach.

Adroll offers vast reach, specifically in Tier 1 countries. The quality of the campaigns is pretty good, specifically for mobile in app.

The retargeting experience is important for our business so this has been a good move overall.

We use AdRoll for everything from our retargeting ad campaigns to email marketing. We've found it very effective and reasonably priced.

The only negative aspect of AdRoll is that it takes a bit of time to learn how to use, however the results are worth it.

The support team is good too. Great retargeting solution with a wide reach.

The longer AdRoll has been installed on our site, the better it performs. And not a small thing to mention- their customer service and tech support are outstanding.

The analytics are a bit clunky and unclear at times.

The account access and setup on those accounts can be a big pain.

Good for a quick test to see the effectiveness of simple re-marketing campaign without a lot of set-up work.

But once you go into another screen or refresh your screen you'll see that you lost all the work you did. The only way to change an ad was to duplicate it and then work on the newly created one.

Overall, the software is great. The cost is hardly noticeable and its very easy to use and to measure your results.

Also, customer support takes a long time to receive replies, which can be negative if you are running time sensitive campaigns.

User interface is awesome and intuitive, had never used a display ad platform before and picked it up super quickly. Gets the job done/ good pricing.

Adroll helps me to diversify the mix of traffic I get from my campaigns while maintaining a good quality for my advertisers.

Very user friendly, customer support pages are actually helpful, integrations are easy to implement, built-in ad creation tool is (usually) very helpful.

Maybe it was user error. But I had a harder time that I have on other platforms.

Overall after we figured it out it was nice and easy to use.

My experience has only been with the remarketing product. Within that offering, I haven't found anything that I feel creates a user barrier or makes things difficult on my end.

Easy to set up, they also have great customer service if you have any questions. I would recommend this to anyone who has a site and is trying to retarget to visitors on their site.

AdRoll has a very nice looking interface that is pretty easy to deal with.

Perhaps my biggest gripes are that there is no in-app banner designer and the ad browser is slow and painful for me to try and navigate.

There were strange bugs that were very frustrating to deal with.

This was a new tool for ABM marketing that my team had not explored and for the initial cost it was great use for increased lead generation.

Very nice looking - but double check your numbers.
