Nothing is intuitive, not flexible or user-friendly. You learn through trial & error the correct way to set things up to get the results you need.

I'm not the most tech-oriented so it is relatively easy to use and intuitive. This software is very robust and we don't use it to its full capacity but would like to use more of its capability.

Using the software has been difficult simply because it's a huge program that tries to do everything and as a result, it feels awkward and hobbled together.

It has a lot of features and integrates job data into the general ledger. Support staff are always available.

Everyone has solid background of experience and is not only helpful but polite. We joke that we have learned more about proper process controls by using the system properly.

Our experience has been great. This is a great system to help organize and build your operation into the future.

It is solid and performs as it should. Advantage make continuous helpful updates so it is relevant.

With the switch to Advantage, we were able to integrate our media campaigns into the Advantage software, cutting down on the manual work needed in the billing process.

It can be quite overwhelming and confusing. There are aspects of usability that I believe require more steps than necessary.

Also, there are some also that is difficult and a lot of steps to to correct the problem.

They have a tremendous support team that really takes the time to understand your business and how you can most effectively benefit from the myriad of features both on setup and implementation.

It came over seamlessly as a commission only order for billing. The buyer cancelled the previous order and I changed the radio orders back to gross.

Advantage has the best customer service people and availability that I've experienced in numerous software systems.

We changed to this for project management and time tracking. It is one of the most frustrating interfaces I've ever seen.

I find the software clunky, difficult to use. It costs extra for training to maximize functionality.

This software takes a while to get the hang of. There are so many ways to access the same features, which can make things confusing.

Very positive, I highly recommend this software, the company listens to its clients and constantly strives to make their product better and more efficient.

Things just seemed overly complicated and the software wasn't optimized for Mac users so it was sometimes difficult to use.

First time using slope within a company. It's easy to use and a great way to gather feedback.

How straight forward it is and  the functionality. You can see how far everyone is on projects, download all content, and see previous versions.

Favorite Project Management Platform I Have Used.

Creative project management and marketing requests.

Sharing work and feedback is quick, easy and intuitive. Slope helps us communicate easily and effectively while cutting down on unnecessary email conversations.

Mouse over numbered notes on the video are very helpful. The feedback from customer support seems to be speedy and very helpful.

I wish i could drag and drop files to upload. I don't like that hitting the back button takes me totally back outside of the project.

It saves me hours of work on every project. The tool is very intuitive, easy and fun to use.

File archives can get a bit messy if naming conventions are not properly upheld by all users.

I have used a few other project management platforms in the past and Slope is by far my favorite.

Ease of consolidating feedback on projects (especially video), even while contributors are traveling or working remotely. Slope's customer support is incredible.

I loved having the ability to quickly send and receive feedback on videos that needed to be turned around quickly.

What I like most about slope is the ease of access to old creative. Whenever I need to reference something it is easy to find because of how organized the system is.

The ability to quickly share the video and receive feedback while having it marked on the exact moment of the video is a great feature.

Love the intuitiveness of Slope. Enjoy the visual features.

No thumbnail options, the client wants to see this before it goes live so why don't you have this implimented.

Not having to rely on Outlook, cause Outlook is the WORST.

I have never worked in house with a full creative team and this truly allows things to stay organized and get done. Utilizing Slope has been a game-changer and you wonder how you survived without it.
