Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Customizable for my environment, implementation support was very responsive and helpful. Integration with AD and Zendesk is great.
  • Love the scanning capability using a smart phone and the app. Filtering assets makes for quick and nice reports for inventory management.
  • Cons

  • The only negative is that the administrative options are not the easiest to navigate until you have experience using the system.
  • The lack of offline usability. We have some areas that do not have cell/wi-fi signal and it would be beneficial to add an offline component that can sync later when a connection is made.

  • Dossier has allowed us to make better decisions based on relevant data. The software is easy to use at all levels (technicians, supervisors, and administrators).
  • Great for tracking repairs/maintenance of an entire fleet of trucks.
  • Cons

  • Offsite training is costly if you need to have a new user trained, but the training is of the highest caliber and very detailed.
  • I find it difficult at times to figure out how to change the permissions that my employees have and sometimes they do not have access to make changes when they need to because of that.
