- Mountain Stream team is very responsive and provides very good support, both technical and friendly.
- Easy integration with our accounts software, production forecast, live stock take, customer service, recipe costing.
Cons
- So far, very little has been problematic , as long as you understand the point of it , it is not an entire POS system but specifically for production management & invoicing.
- The company had very poor communication, ignored problems that were encountered. The company sent random invoices, disconnected service & tried to charge $110 to reconnect.
Pros
- We are just scratching the surface with the customizations that can be made to our data. It's great to have the power to make customizations yourself.
- Works to better assist my business and has features quick books will never have.
Cons
- We are in the process of going through Order Time trying to figure out what is missing from what we are using in All Orders. We don't really like the limited ways of creating forms.
- Inability to integrate with Amazon seller central.
