The Document Control Process - SMart Docs the ease of updating docs and not having to keep a seperate register

Having to have seperate plants that can not pull into the the reporting features of the main - some of this has to do with how we implemented the different Farms since we are multi site - but it would be nice to pull in records for each farm to show if farms have not yet completed certain documents without having to get into ach plant

I love that the product is so customizable. That helped tremendously with implementation. I could make templates look almost identical to our old paper versions which made the switch easy for floor operators. Adding formulations conditional formatting made their jobs easier.

The ability to approve documents from the records APP would be helpful "on the go". Functionality of the text notifications for those busy production supervisors who rarely get back to their desks. Also, having an app for the CAPA and Audit modules.

All documents are done digitally which makes it easy to review, find and link documents to policies. Great customer service.

Editing documents in the system is very difficult.App is slow

We have had a really great experience. The team is very helpful and quick at helping us with any issues we have. We are finally at a point where we feel comfortable with the app and our staff is getting used to competing records daily.

We love SFS because it helps us keep all our records and policies in one place and off of paper. We are able to easily find what we need as well as easily show our staff how to use the application without the hassle of using paper copies.

App + web glitches or slowness. We do like that if we have an issue we can come to the SFS team and they will try to fix our issues as soon as possible.

I would highly recommend them because the customer is not a transaction for [sensitive content hidden]. They are flexible and always open to suggestions.

Incredibly nice and helpful staff that provide quick assistance.We recently passed our SQF Audit with a 100% audit score.

I like that the code guides you for all the documents that you need. I also updates the code as there are changes to it.

Some employee take a little longer to get use to the online records, but they are all making it happen!

Smart Food Safe Customer service is the best quality, they are very efficient , fast and will work with you until the problem is solved.

As a Food Safety facility and USDA on standby establishment having the documents needed in an electronic file that is controlled by administrator on who can and cannot do certain things makes having records, documents and trainings all in one place easy and secure.

when creating documents, every little change has to have the version number changed. sometimes you just need to review the document , maybe a button that gives you the option to review date would make it easier.

Customization can be difficult when creating smart specification which can results in repetitive work. SFS support is required to revise the features that are difficult to use, which is helpful but would be nice not to have to require the support.

Traceability with forms.

Easy to pick up and learn. With use it becomes easier to understand.

Seems that some features are lacking. Too many steps go into creating forms. Mass uploading is tricky and tedious.

So far great experience with no negative feedback.

Easy to implement, customer service and support is top tier, continued grown and improvements being done.

Nothing as of yet due to limited time used so far.
