Very pleaseant - Customer - servcie is super fast when you have a question -
PROSThe Document Control Process - SMart Docs the ease of updating docs and not having to keep a seperate register
CONSHaving to have seperate plants that can not pull into the the reporting features of the main - some of this has to do with how we implemented the different Farms since we are multi site - but it would be nice to pull in records for each farm to show if farms have not yet completed certain documents without having to get into ach plant

Functionality of the Smart Docs was a clear winning choice compared to the others Smart records is great, and continues to be imporved upon with regular updates I really like the auditing feature the more I use it

Most Customizable Solution Out There
I love that the product is so customizable. That helped tremendously with implementation. I could make templates look almost identical to our old paper versions which made the switch easy for floor operators. Adding formulations conditional formatting made their jobs easier.
CONSThe ability to approve documents from the records APP would be helpful "on the go". Functionality of the text notifications for those busy production supervisors who rarely get back to their desks. Also, having an app for the CAPA and Audit modules.

All documents are done digitally which makes it easy to review, find and link documents to policies. Great customer service.
CONSEditing documents in the system is very difficult.App is slow

Daybreak Farms Terrace
We have had a really great experience. The team is very helpful and quick at helping us with any issues we have. We are finally at a point where we feel comfortable with the app and our staff is getting used to competing records daily.
PROSWe love SFS because it helps us keep all our records and policies in one place and off of paper. We are able to easily find what we need as well as easily show our staff how to use the application without the hassle of using paper copies.
CONSApp + web glitches or slowness. We do like that if we have an issue we can come to the SFS team and they will try to fix our issues as soon as possible.

SFS was able to develop with daybreak so we were able to have our needs met as well as future needs. We like that there is more to the program such as training modules for the staff etc.
